Since he's a signing that was supposed to go straight into the team, it is a fairly big blow with a month out in one of the most busy periods of the season imo. He's crucial to DR Congo so will no doubt be playing more than anyone on here would like him to during the next international break. If he gets injured again we're unlikely to see a match fit Wissa play for us until they are out of the AFCON some time in January.

Yeah, there’s no way he’s going away for internationals if he’s recovering from a knee injury. Not great news but get him back fit for the first game post break.

I was gonna say why even bother playing for a diddy country that's so far away, but I had a wee look and they're in with a good chance of qualifying for the World Cup.

Hopefully he can get something similar to a pre season during his recovery and come back fully firing and struggling to get a start because of Woltemade scoring in every game.

Guessing he's strained the ligaments then and not torn them, still hurts like fuck but 4-8 weeks for non-Footballer usually. Be reet, don't blackout your social media in the meantime.
