Im the same, I reckon if you played a Taylor Swift song. I'd probably recognise it, but I don't know the name of any.  though, I think most people are probably like that now.  We dont consume entertainment in the same way in general so unless its up my strasse then it aint coming on my discovery mixes or whatever so I wont know.

 

Said times, a world of music that Ill dislike but will never truly understand or know.  Conversely, I bet I could probably name a lot of songs by popstars from the 1990s when I was growing up I wouldnt listen to but would know.  Probably radio and/or watching MTV I guess.  I dont watch any TV other than sports since Neighbours stopped airing.

What a nightmare this is for the club and player. He acts like a knob to get his big move and suffers a bizarre injury straight away. We overpaid and it could end up costing us in the end with no European football next season. We might have to loosen the purse strings in January for yet another more than capable striker, and we all know how hard it is to sign someone decent in January. Let's just pray that Osula steps up and has a breakthrough season. 

 

I was always against signing an AFCON player for obvious reasons, but it is what it is. 

 

Also, Wissa has had an impeccable run of good fortune avoiding injuries,but it only takes one for it to become a recurring theme. Fingers crossed it doesn't though.

 

On the plus side, I just saw my hero Andy Murray sink a great putt in the pissing rain at the Dunhill championship.

All you whipper snappers with your hipping and your hopping, and referencing songs that came out like 30 years ago

He's an ageing professional footballer who got injured playing football.

 

Ramsey got injured too but not a major problem really (even if he had been out for the same length of time), it could all work out long term. With Wissa we went all-in on the short term.

Me and my wife have been together for 36 years. I'm a young 69 year old and she is much younger. Our music tastes have changed over the years and some of her favourite artists I haven't heard of. BUT she was gobsmacked a few months ago when I started singing along to Sam Fender. I think his music is great and yes we still have a silly dance together when alone in our home. Stay young!

I did have a friend with benefits a couple of years ago but it never lasts. Ultimately one of you will inevitably want more, so I'm not going down that route again. If im still alive in 10-15 years I might be open to a female companion as there will be no pressure at that age for sex and marriage. Just a couple of oldies enjoying one another's companionship.
