I accept he is trying to get up to full speed fitness wise after his lengthy lay off but there appears to be a lack of urgency in his demeanour ,it's a bit agitating

He came back from injury in early December  the cunt will be retired before he "gets up to full speed" at this rate.

He contributed absolutely nothing positive last night but in fairness to him we were absolutely finished as a force long before he entered the pitch. He just joined the group of knackered players who were chasing shadows.

Disclaimer: I know he's been a disaster, just not sure you can put much stock in last night.

Sincerely hoping he sees as little game time as possible to preserve any residual value/reputation he might have left from his Brentford days.

Simply has to be flogged this summer. Having him around as a £55 million bench warmer is :anguish:

Not the game to be judging him on tbf, no service and no space for him, barely had a touch of the ball.

Think that's been true for the strikers for a while tbh, felt the same about Osula in the games he started.

He should be fucking embarrassed, hoping Fenerbache take him off us in the summer for a wad of monopoly money and box of Turkish delight

I'd take a Snickers at this stage, in fact a Racer is more like it

Had the look tonight of someone who knew he wouldn't see a second of game time.

Staring into space on the occasions the camera panned to the bench.

Wonder if Eddie has already written him off.

Just have to cut our losses with this lad. He barely gets a look in now. Looks like it's not just the fans and there's a lot there that Howe doesn't like. If he's a young lad you could think there might be something there you could work with and mould him into the type of player we need but at the age he's at it's not happening.

Fair play Brentford. You had our pants down.

He’s getting the typical Howe treatment that we’ve seen with the likes of Hall. Sadly, he’s not 21 and we don’t really have the time for him to adjust to Howe’s expectations and standards.

I do think we’ll see better from him next season, if he’s still here.

To think we were concerned he might have to go to AFCON lol

It's March and his contributions in comparison to the transfer fee have been from what you can expect from a £5m signing never mind £55m

Even when he's played, nothing indicated he has any sort of killer instinct. Disappointment of the season.

Getting pelters for not even getting off the bench [emoji38] it’s been disappointing but is it not worth giving him more time and a full pre season now? Or is that it? Some of the takes on here are genuinely fucking mental man

This was meant to be the instant impact signing.

After his injury you’d expect Howe to be giving as much game time as realistically possible, off the bench or not

Even in games that we want a more pressing forward rather than a poacher you’d think he’d at least get the last 20 minutes, I’m starting to think there’s an issue with attitude as much as application

Osula & Gordon being ahead of him for a game of this magnitude is really damning.

Eddie will want it to work but he must be seeing what we're seeing - a total lack of impact and barely breaking sweat on the field.

Surely it's more because Gordon and Osula can both run more than Wissa and Woltemade? It's not like it's a straight judgement of quality, it's what Howe has judged the team needs right now.
