Howe is gonna be mad if we miss out on another big target. he will fire Andy Howe.:)

what a fucking summer this is. Howe wanted early action, and now here we are.

put in a bid of 10m for Wilson to WHU and call it a day with Isak staying.

Can no one else see how comical this is?!

This is some kind of propaganda being pushed out man

Is this really what they're spending the money saved from sacking people on?!

What, you mean to tell me it doesn't seem natural that all of these cunts are publicly masturbating over Man Utd bidding 5m less than a rival?

if it was us bidding 5m less we'd be laughed out the park and half the folk here would call us unserious and amateurs

Richard Madeley just tweeted that Liverpool will make a move for Sesko if there's no breakthrough for Isak in next 48hrs.

What the fuck does a tv presenter know about in circles of a clubs football strategy?

Maybe if they keep spending billions in about 5 years or so they could be I suppose.

We've already signed Elanga and Ramsdale which has improved our squad. I think we are going for our first choices, lose out move to the next. We could pivot, sign DCL though if that's what you want.

No thank you

If we miss out on this to Man Utd then its really time we look at our transfer strategy properly with regards to who are targeting. Hate to say this.

We may have been better off going for players a tier below the ones we are after, coaching them properly and improving our squad depth in numbers.

For a cut and dry decision that he wants Man United, he's certainly taking his time. As folk have from the start there's something massively off with the way this lad and his agent move.

Rickets I think. But I'm no doctor 😂

I remember Hazard making a massive song and dance about his decision when he’d already agreed to join Chelsea a month prior to the buzz. Started tweeting cryptic shit like “I will be playing in blue” getting the city fans in a wanking frenzy before doing the obvious thing and moving to London. Ridiculously vain behaviour. Not a fan of Šeško for following suit. Just get on with it and tell us you’re joining the other United ffs.

I think in a lot of cases not enough work has been done with the agents. And yeah I know it’s stomach churning but that’s how it is. Build good relationships, pay them well and they will make sure their players want to come.

If Isaks agent was in line to get a big bonus if he signs a new contract then am sure his agent would be driving him back to the training ground personally.

Chelsea paid £60m to agents last year, and have zero problems getting deals done.

They haven’t had a bid accepted yet tbf, wish someone would just so we can move on from this one.

Christopher Vivell is Man Us ace in the pack and was the key reason they went for him, he was involved in taking him to RB Salzburg when he was 16.  So they've a connection already there.

I think he'll pick Man U due to this link - and the higher wages they'll no doubt be offering

The annoying thing with some of them like Pedro and Ekitike, we did try and get them initially when they were a tier below and failed then as well.

But then our rivals for CL places strengthen more than us and we gamble on a surprise hit or two. It's hard to be angry at the club for aiming where we have. If we'd brought in underwhelming signings from the off people would be complaining about not going for x, y and z anyway.

Not sure about that, we haven't really gone after a different type of quality then we have done before.

Just need to hire someone more skilled in negotiation maybe.
