Easiest way to get out of the kids parties is to claim you’ve failed your Enhanced DBS check.

Worked a treat for me, my missus had to do all the parties and I got to chill in front on the telly.

In your cell?

Hey bobby. What do you think is our expected xG for this game?

Plenty of tickets available if anyone within an hour of Newcastle fancies it

Damn, if only I didn’t live/work in London. That’s surprising for a game against a big side.

Barnes dropped again

Firstly we need to rotate he hasn’t been dropped

secondly he was awful last game

thirdly great option off bench

fourthly I think Gordon’s due a good game and a goal

Gordon will score against these, probably sees Chelsea (or rather, the associated wages) as the level he 'deserves' to be at. Well, play yourself right into the fucking summer shop window, son.

Boring narratives.. He’s been shit. All the extra made up drama benefits no one.

He hasn't been shite.

The stick Gordon gets is mad, man. [emoji38] Each to their own I guess.

I actually thought the opposite seeing their lineup

I think their midfield looks really good and wingers and full backs will cause us no end of bother. Reece James is top class in the middle.

Let’s just hope we try and play our previous gameplan. As a low block against these won’t be much fun.

James and Palmer are elite players who can create something from nothing, so it’s important they are heavily man marked.

That scenario, and Garnacho v Miley and Gordon v Musto will be also key to where the early momentum goes in this game.

Was he fuck  him and Murphy were the only ones creating anything. Both put in great crosses galore.

If we’re going off awful last games/starts as the metric. Then Gordon wouldn’t be starting either. Was pathetic on Sunday.

Anyway. I’m done moaning about the one issue I have with the team. Howe has gone with that and I’ll support the lads. Albeit from my sofa

Feel a key part will be getting Murphy into space to get crosses in and Hall on other side getting beyond Gordon.

Hope Bruno and Tonali turn up and we don't sit flat/too high when they have it as Palmer will have all the space in the world
