You can get 5/2 on Spurs if you fancy. Obviously be a chunk better if you really fancy it by 2 or 3 goals.

I think its natural to catastrophise given the circumstances, even if hope lingers, I'd imagine the Spurs forums are in an equal death spiral. The stoppable force vs the moveable object, somethings got to give tonight.

I don't bet its a mugs game, never placed a bet in my life. Closest I've come is investing in things like ETFs which are way more predictable than individual footy games!

Spurs at 5/2 is mental like, for whatever reason the bookies all season long haven't cottoned on how poor we are especially away from home. We have often been the favourites away and the home team always seem to be available at generous odds.

On my way up to Aberdoom, so baring flight delays I should be able to pick the game up in my hotel room.

I have a staff development day so I think being sat on my phone in the corner watching Eddie Howe brighten/ruin my life would be frowned upon.

Also at work for this, first one in a while I’ll miss. Some of the memorable matches I’ve missed include the 6-1 against Spurs, 4-1 at Goodison and 5-1 at West Ham.

Dear SUPERTOON

Please go to work on Saturday too.

Thanks.

Regards

Howe, E.

Good omen then. Banging win for us!

It really doesn't let up after this game.

Villa away on Saturday, then travelling to Azerbaijan presumably on Monday/Tuesday for a Wednesday game.

Then a long trip back and off to Manchester City on Saturday.

It just continues like that for ages  there are way too many games unless you have a massively good squad. It's all the inbetween parts people forget about. There's 3 days between Villa and Qarabag, but 2 of those are probably travelling and maybe 1 day preparing/resting if anything at all. It's an impossible task for Howe really.

9-0 loss. Botman and Pope both severely injured. Wissa caught eating toblerones during pre match warmup and dropped for Neave while Woltemade fondles a vegan sausage on the bench, too passively to eat it in a timely fashion, it takes 70 minutes as his bites are gun shy. Xavi Simon's gurns his way to a double hatty as Ramsdale tries to shag pigeons multiple times while Trippier chats with some ladies by the touchline. Barnes take an arrow to the knee and Tindall gets sent off.

Howe sacked. Yassir declares himself new manager and we get a 40k stadium built in Newburn and demolish SJP to ease the fan's pain.

How’s the bacon, did you say? 😉

:naughty:

But in all seriousness we can't control games, we don't have the legs to press high and we're massively leaking goals.

Plus I'd really want Tonali to just sit as a #6. Had enough of his forays forward for now.

I have to work also but was able to clear my calendar.  Then being the thick twat I am, I got a call back from an electrician I contacted and he said he can be there between 12 and 2pm. SURE I say. Hang up and realize the fucking kickoff is at 1:30pm.

We’ve got the same amount of points away from home as Spurs have at home.

Having said that, I do agree 5/2 appears big for them, but it’s definitely a reaction to the amount of players they have unavailable.

Worrying if we dont get a response. Could say that about Spurs aswell.

Their fans have it as a must win, so do we.

It would be a great game for the neutral
