It's not even just our form either, it's just fatigue from oversaturation. I don't want to watch a match every 3 days, it's too much.

I’d still be up for it if we were winning every game like

Would nice to see Leo given a try. Even if they split half’s.

No idea what he is like. But Trippier needs to come out the firing line. I mean Murphy in a 5. Thiaw in a 4. Tonali?!

I don’t even think that is being hyperbolic to suggest any of those are worth a go ahead of him.

That does have a lot to do with form though. Had we won the last 5 games, everyone would be looking forward to tonight.

The fact we're playing shite makes people not want a match every 3 days.

No Miley according to Hope. Could be 2 more weeks out too, fuck sake.

Not like the prophet of doom to pipe up on a match day with one of his exclusive “No Hope” updates.

I'd personally go:

Pope/Ramsdale (coin toss at the moment)

Thiaw

Botman

Burn

Murphy

Hall

Tonali

Ramsey

Barnes

Elanga

Wissa

No Bruno? Not sure Wissa has done anything to warrant a start, either. But we’re hardly spoiled for choice up top, I guess.

You're living in a fantasy if you think Shahar is ready

I know nothing about him other than that he is most definitely ready to do a better job than Trippier.

:anguish:

*still not taking my own advice about complaining pre-game about the lineup. But my word. That looks grim.

Going to get rinsed down both flanks and I don’t think Ramsey plays well in a 3. Him and Willock also leave a lot to be desired defensively.

As @joeyt says. 3 strikers (who cost £130 odd mill) on the bench and Gordon preferred. Damning, indeed.
