Poor pass from Nick. Wrongly weighted requiring a touch from Osula.

Wow there's some bad takes and then there's this, some agenda you have mate

Fucking elite approach play by Woltemade, that's what he's here for

What was elite about it? lol

He ran onto the back four and tapped it wide to a striker.

I get he's technical but nothing about him is elite. Let's be honest.

We look clueless what to do against an established defence here, but so do Forest. Only thing they have is when they manage to isolate Bakwa against Burn on the break.

Who the fuck thought woltemade was a good idea

Someone that was more correct than whoever thought you were a good idea.

How can Woltemade track back so quickly yet be so ponderous towards the opposition box?

Confidence is shot. Thinking and hesitating too much when on the ball and in more advanced positions. Defensively it’s much easier.

He disguised the pass to Osula giving Osula much more space to take a shot, it was perfect

We have to get another pair of full backs.

This would all be so much better with two full backs that are actually overlapping on their strong side.

We look steady and solid, but once again absolutely bereft of attacking quality, intent or creativity.

I don't believe he'll ever deviate from the Track & Field playbook and the whole "out run them, out jump them" philosophy which when we aren't totally at it makes us look like the most limp, passive, boring side. We're crying out for some footballers who can help impact it - Woltemade looks too lightweight, Hall laughably shoehorned out of position because 34-year old Dan Burn is taller than him and Bruno trying to do it all by himself because he's surrounded by Olympic decathletes who can't pick a pass.

Suppose we'll come out after the break looking worse, like we usually do, and attempt to run and graft our way to a point after inevitably conceding a soft goal.

Woltemade definitely gets no slack from some on here that are happy enough to see Murphy and Burn offer nothing going forward other than the odd ball into the box

We're defo set up 4-4-1-1/4-4-2. Much better but a lot of it has broken down when it's got to Nick.W, he's having a mare, but the set up is fairly good.

Osula is really a perfect Howe striker. I think Howe will stick with him next season too. He's chaos, scores and runs alot. Perfect Howe player.

Would be absolutely mental to go into the new season with Osula as our starting striker.

We need some actual wingers who have some technical ability.

If Osula is our first choice striker in August we will be battling relegation.

Hes nowhere near good enough to be regularly starting for a PL team

Nah

Agreed, Osula could've hit it first time. I like the lad but he has the same problem as a number of our players where he has to watch the ball every step of the way when he's trapping it, no natural footballing instinct whatsoever.
