Can't whip a cross in, every highlight is of him in transition knocking the ball past his defender and running faster than him. Spanish Daniel James. Tbh from my Dennis Wiseing he wouldn’t be top of my list, but if he’s made the Spain squad he must be decent. We need creativity out wide, players that can pick a pass and strike a ball properly rather than scuff it in random directions.
Collage Posted Friday at 20:43 Share Posted Friday at 20:43 Have to say, he looks great in that YT video. Looks like he's absolutely rapid, can dribble, cross and finish. So I guess I've jinxed it now.

We've made the same mistake with Elanga already.

Ikon Posted Saturday at 06:16 Share Posted Saturday at 06:16 (edited) From the handful of times I’ve seen him play I like what I’ve seen. Having said that I’m not entirely convinced he’s the perfect route to go. I don’t think he’s all that technically (still very decent) I just feel that his biggest strengths has been utilised when there’s been lots of transitions in games. I guess this is quite normal in games when he doesn’t play for a top side. He’s very explosive and strong with his running but I’m yet to see what he can properly do against opposition where there’s not that much space or transitions. I like how he’s able to keep his balance and brush people off and carry the ball under pressure. Id be very much open to us signing him, but if we do then I’d really like to see us go 4-2-3-1 and having a creative tip of a diamond playing in front of say Bruno and Sandro (which I’ve wanted for ages). A player that has flair and creativity and able to find space between the lines. Giving us more variation in our attacking play and not just trying to create from wide, mainly. Preferably a slightly more creative option for our right hand side too. Not saying we can attract/afford all these players but I’m sure there’s players out there that offer very similar qualities and that are more easily attainable. Just to give you an idea of what I’d love to see as a front five. Bruno Tonali Akliouche Maza Munoz CF Edited Saturday at 06:17 by Ikon
Elbel1 Posted Saturday at 09:04 Share Posted Saturday at 09:04 In the last 2 pages Newcastle Online has described him as:- a bit shit, very good, unable to whip a cross in, technically brilliant, decisive and highly technical, a Spanish Dan James, the best player ever, having a medical on Monday (apologies to @STM for including that one), not top of my list, a rapid dribbler and not Elanga. Well done everyone.

He can definitely turn on a sixpence and is quick over the first few yards. Also seems quite clever with his passing in dangerous areas so there's a player there. From the videos I've seen I like the Eze Abde guy better, but I'm guessing he's got bigger clubs going for him.
RobS Posted Saturday at 12:43 Share Posted Saturday at 12:43 This sort of signing is where they need to improve. Needs to be decided behind the scenes, go in, smash the deal and get him on a plane ASAP before it leaks. Now everyone's aware, one of the cartel will decide there feeder team needs a new player and snap him up and we will of wasted yet more time and effort on this for nowt. Must get better at this! Agents are a cancer. There is no such thing as doing deals behind the scenes when agents want to shop their players around and get the biggest pay days. Until we are the biggest pay day this won't ever change. Edited Saturday at 12:46 by Skeletor

Not as versatile, Munoz can play RW and CF so a lot more similar to Gordon in that respect. Out of the two I prefer Munoz as the price is also good so we can invest in other positions.
