Was more about the logistics of getting someone access while I'm the other end of the country. Haha I know mate and I certainly wasn't implying that. I was just emphasising the point that tickets are already in huge demand and that is only going to get bigger and bigger. If you are lucky enough to ever find yourself in possession of a season ticket you'll have no problem in selling it for games you can't make it up to. GWN
Went into a box last night and it was a great experience, food never stopped , waitress beer service was however very slow , however it was a tremendous experience I'd love to get used to, felt special. It’d be great if the club set up a resale service for ST holders to sell their ticket for any games they can’t make should they wish. I’ve been to NFL games and know you can do it there, however the prices fluctuate based on the demand/team’s performance. I’d happily cap mine at face value. Only counterargument, I guess, is you might get people buying them who rarely decide to go and just want to keep it for loyalty points/cup final tickets and the like, which isn’t really fair? timeEd32
Trippier said he’s never played in an atmosphere like the one last night. “Honestly, I’m not just saying it, something I’ve never experienced in my career. The fans was unbelievable tonight.”

bowlingcrofty
Might be a pointless exercise mind as tickets usually go on sale online before they go on sale in person

NITON
Anyone getting pinged from track and trace after the match on Tuesday? Dad and brother both have had messages this morning...
Wolfcastle
Its so like the Hall/Keegan era. Its now little touches like statues, sponsorship down, improved media allied with doing the big things like new sponsorship, going for big signings. Where it was beambacks, club crest on the Leazes, spruce up the tunnel allied with top signings, extending the stadium and rapid commercial growth. I know which person of anyone I’d have chose or wanted owning our club at some point in its history and SJH stands above all overs, again, without him we wouldn’t even have a club. Many fans were delirious with Ashley at the start, he wasn’t to know how shit he’d be as an owner like us fans weren’t… it’s a stupid POV anyway, dumb in fact. He sold out at the first opportunity he had. Ashley had a terrible reputation even back then. He even went behind Shepherds back to get it done. It certainly isn’t a stupid POV either. One person put this club on the map and that’s Keegan. Keegan had to threaten to walk away to sign Kilkline. You might not want to blame Hall for selling to Ashley, but I certainly do. You might not want to blame Hall for selling to Ashley, but I certainly do. Disagree with that, like. Without Hall there would've been no Keegan and/or likely no NUFC. Given that he launched a battle against McKeag and the previous board as far back as 1988, eventually took over after the failure of the share issue in 1991 with the debts and frosty relationship the club had with NCC due to the state of SJP post Taylor Report, to give Hall no credit for where the club went and where it is now is wide of the mark for me. Granted, he was a Thatcher supporting Tory and did sell the club to Ashley but his role in the club's history and his legacy are still there to be seen and can't be denied. Hall put the club on the map by fighting to democratise it, eventually taking over and appointing Keegan, reneging on his reluctance on the Kilcline deal to bring him back as he knew there they were the only two people who could save NUFC, as he said to Keegan on the phone.
