  1. Past hour
  2. Competed fairly well and lost to a worldie and their keeper as MoM. Tino clean through and stopping kind of summed it up for me. Bruno had a good game but missed an easier chance than Rice took. We're a good team, much better than the past, but the too dependent on Isak for the killer instinct. Win next week, which we should do, and it won't matter.
  3. Aiston

    Harvey Barnes

Should be playing on the left, not one reason to move him from there.
  4. On that 2nd half performance, I agree
  5. Just hope Everton will be on the beach by next Sunday. They’ve nothing to play for.
  6. Well we’re back to square one, they didn’t show up first half Well, except their keeper.
  7. Still think we had the better chances.
  8. Yes, extremely likely. If Chelsea lose by 1, we can still lose by 3, if Chelsea lose by 2, we can lose by 4 and so on, so at least it's something that goal difference was still intact.
  9. I think he'll play, but we're good enough to win it without him. Much more confident looking at Everton's defensive injuries.
  10. Last season he was superb and played almost every game. This season has seen a drop in his performances and his frailities are become more evident. My main frustration is his short passing, he rarely uses the full back and most of this season seems to go to ground very easy.
  11. Anderson was home grown, the exchange allowed us to make PSR. It really was that simple, and as Eddie has confirmed a million times, we didn't want to do it, we had no choice because of rules meant to keep us from competing.
  12. Barnes on the left Murphy on the right. Ffs please don’t start Wilson
  13. Ikon

    Anthony Gordon

Elite mentality… more like a hamster!
  14. Pope Krafth. Schar. Burn. Livramento Bruno Tonali Miley Murphy. Isak. Barnes
  15. Cant complain about any changes that are made when we've as many players out as we have, you're bringing on somebody that's not good enough no matter what you do
  16. On another day we win that, sloppy mistake and a pot shot but other than that we were on top for long spells. Lads should take confidence for next week, we’re on the brink of something (even more) special.
  17. Using realism rather than reading around here, a defeat was expected. But the manner of it (early shots, Gordon error) hurts, as does every other AVL/CHE score once again going badly. I dunno, I'm feeling 60/40 that we'll make it. But I don't even think we're one of the country's best five teams tbh.
  18. Have just bought a fuckload of shares in the company that make Tena pads
  19. Aiston

    Anthony Gordon

Gordon has put maybe 2 good performances in since mid-January, it's not really a knee jerk reaction. There wasn't any reason to disrupt the work Tino and Gordon were doing on the left, especially for Gordon in this form really.
  20. Still they showed up second half we didn't cannot expect to take the three points doing that.
  21. Yeah I fancied our chances against arsenal even away from home, and tbf we weren't a million miles away. With so much now riding on one game, Pickford arc (who is playing well ATM) and Everton picking up results I dunno. Just feel the emotions will be all over that game. Obviously I hope not, I'll be there singing till the last whistle come what may.
