The thing is, people in here bit the doubters heads off early last summer, and we know what a debacle/non event it indeed turned out to be. This summer is giving off at least as many warning signals. For what it's worth I think we will sign people, it'll just be Howe specials - PL/English talent for big money, with few if any low cost continental signings. Hope I'm wrong.

I saw a bit of the game and he was impressive. But is this tournament good for Tino? He’s played 45 games and 3.5k minutes this season. He’s the only player in that team that is likely to be an integral part of a CL campaign next season - and then there’s the World Cup. I would’ve preferred he got some first team experience in those 2 games, then gone away for a good break before a massive season ahead. dunno feel like he’s way above this level.

I know which parks they are, but I don’t consider them usable in the same way as some London parks, for example. In those cases the parks are surrounded by the city, people live and work more around them. The park is more a part of everyday life. I guess also because most people don’t have a garden or any outside space at home. Maybe it’s just me.

Our main City Centre Parks (some laid out in Victorian Style, some not) remain, as always, as Exhibition Park, Town Moor (including Castle Leazes Moor etc etc) and Leazes Park. That is just how it is, we are very lucky to have all of these attached to our urban City Centre.
