Maybe it's because I'm primarily a lower league Scottish football fan and haven't learned anything about the financial side of things in England, but surely I'm not the only person that doesn't understand ffp, psr and esl related stuff? It's mind-boggling. I don't understand how we can have such rich owners but can't buy as freely as other wealthy clubs.
