3rd in the league, well in contention and that's good enough for them. They absolutely loved the bloke a few weeks/months ago but now 3rd and trying to reel in the top 2 isn't good enough? Fucking cretins. The volume of shit they lash out to other clubs and other sets of fans but they're the most toxic shower of fucking shit out there. Methven was right, it's the Sunderland disease, the fans and their attitudes are a massive problem for the entire club. There's fucking loads of them, they turn up in numbers home and away tbf but simply being there doesn't mean they're an asset. They'll not move on until they all lose the huge chips on their shoulders.
  2. I agree but surely as a young player he needs to play as much as possible to develop. Hard to think Moyes would drop Antonio or Bowen too often so he's looking at 15 mins every other week. How's that going to improve him? Even then he's still probably behind Lanzini, Fornals, Benrhama and Yarmolenko as an option off the bench. If he's thinking of his career he either stays where he is or moves to an ambitious team where he's actually going to play imo.

Honestly don't give a fuck where he goes as long as he doesn't return. The fact he couldn't even come close to breaking into the worst CM in the PL speaks volumes about how good he is, he's catshit wrapped up in dogshit.
  4. Scenes at Derby. Injury time equaliser. Both offside AND dangerous play but given anyway
  5. I agree Some people need a bit of a break from this tbh.
  6. Agree with the overall 'solid signing' opinions, it's a 7/10 transfer, nothing spectacular but a definite upgrade on who currently gets a place each week. I'd expect him to put in 7/10 performances too, steady and reliable. It's also important that he's coming in full of confidence and isn't of this weak, scared mentality where they don't want the ball or they're scared of making mistakes. Still need a couple more in ideally but we'll just have to see what happens tomorrow. 2 more significant upgrades either on loans or permanents would constitute a very very good window for us.

It's amazing how Dan Neil is suddenly worth £30m because they've allocated that price to him. He's worth what someone is prepared to pay for him. And I don't think that amount is £30m

Ticking along nicely and third in the League and hounding out another manager. Their unrealistic expectations of running away with the League whilst smashing every other team by 2 or 3 each week seem a little far fetched. They complain it's a tinpot league but they still can't get out of it. They like to brag at how 'fucken massif marra' they are but complain when teams raise their game against them. They're everyone's Cup Final and they've definitely, definitely got the best fans around but still get fucking dicked 6-0 but a mid-table team. The reality and self-awareness checks these obtuse, bitter cunts need couldn't be bigger. The fans are the problem.
  9. Superb signing by all accounts, don't recall a single negative expressed about him as a player, everyone thinks he's sheer class which is very encouraging. Also a bit of a coup for Staveley too, seems like we stole him from one or 2 bigger clubs who could offer him European football, excellent work by the negotiating team, good stuff. Can't wait to watch him play now

Fickle cunts were lining up to pipe the little twat off a fortnight ago. Fully expect the travelling fans to stick right behind their team because they're obviously so fucking mint? Our fans...
  12. That's a bad appointment. The fans wrote it on a wall so the board went with it? That's weak as fuck. Fucking pitiful. It'll backfire pretty quickly too.
  13. If he's going to lose his head in a zero pressure friendly then how the fuck can he expect to be trusted in a high pressure PL 6 pointer? He's got a much control over his head as he has his feet. He has no place in this squad.
  14. The ref will report what he's told to report
  15. Seen very little from Nketiah to get too excited about, maybe I've missed his good games? Just seems a bang average PL player, much like Burn and Wood. Doesn't mean they're not an upgrade obviously because we have a lot of substandard PL players in the squad currently. They'll improve it but not dramatically imo.
  16. Difficult to underestimate how fucking thick he is to pull a stunt like that under those circumstances. He's a fucking liability and that needs to be his last act as a Newcastle player. Leave him out of the squad and tell him to find somewhere else to play. He's fucking brain dead.

If it all goes according to plan over the next few years we're going to have to negotiate with the same clubs for different players every window, pissing them off now will make things much more difficult down the line. Doing things the right way and being as respectful as possible means we're building relationships at the top level, even if we don't buy their player this window we'll be in a better position to do a deal in the future. Continental clubs like Lyon, Sevilla, Atalanta, Napoli, Dortmund etc will all continue to have talent coming through and we need to be in a position to sign the best of the lot. Must carry on doing things with respect even if we know they're trying to fuck us on the fees.
  18. Everton is a strange one. Moshiri has pumped about half a billion into them over the last few years, struggle to see what more he could have done realistically. That cash was squandered by a number of people, they are the ones who need to feel the blast, not the one who trusted them to spend it. Moshiri should be last in line to get the shit.

I'd much prefer it if they were honest and came out and said "we're not dealing with Newcastle under any circumstances". At least you could see where they were coming from but to propose a deal so backward and ridiculous that's never going to be made makes them look and sound like utter cunts. Then again that cap fits quite nicely tbh.
  20. Ref in the Mali - Equatorial Guinea is not to be fucked with Laying the law down and not pissing about.
  21. Becoming more and more apparent that they're going to have to be flexible and more creative with how they structure the cash. The clubs will sell and they'll all hike the price. We need to frontload things and just accept it if we're going to actually sign the players we want, so far we've negotiated a price for 1 player in nearly 4 weeks now. It was an excellent deal to get Trippier in for the price they did but that's the sum total of their negotiations so far. Paying the release fee for Wood I'm not really classing as something they've successfully negotiated, they just paid the price on the contract.
  22. £10m gets you virtually nothing in the PL these days. Honestly don't know what to make of that opinion now
