if i know that we will get someone like Mourihno,Hitzfeld or Scolari i'll give the job to Pearson until the summer for the good of the club. If its necessary to wait until the summer so we can get the best man i'll wait.

Atm there isnt any good British manager who will be better option compared to Allardyce We need someone foreign for sure.

When i was talking about Mourihno changing this club i didnt mean immediatelly going into the Champions league but get the players in form,organise this team to play proper football.I think this is good begining.

Ashley's first huge decision will be based on who will be our next manager. If he gives everything he can to bring Mourihno and then Mourihno is succesfull i think Ashley will become legend in Newcastle...but if we appoint Redknapp or Mclaren...well we all know what is going to happen because we watched this movie several times already in the past 3 years

Like someone said before if we appoint Mourihno he will change this club in no time. He has enormous reputation,he is respected everywhere because of his strong character,the players will respect him and he will get the best of them,nevermind the fact that with such manager we will attract bigger names in football Its all down to Ashley to put an irresistible offer to Mourihno so he cant reject it. At the end of the day Ashley at least needs to try and bring him. If we appoint Redknapp without making an approach for Mourihno there must be a riot in Newcastle. Redknapp is in the same level as Allardyce imo

If Ashley and Mort appoint someone like Mclaren,Hughes or Redknapp they will be as stupid and incompetent as the previous board. Given Faye Taylor Enrique Beye Zoggy Milner(squad player) Duff Owen Martins Viduka its obvious from most of the votes on here that we are short on quality CM.We need someone creative CM who is capable of giving the final ball to Martins and Owen and who is capable of creating something genius.

And he deserves 0.5 for the last 2 games he played for us. He was shocking. He is trying to be our playmaker ,to give the final ball,with some of his displays at times where just hilarious. Someone(in this case Allardyce)needs to tell him that he must take away the ball from the opponents and then to pass it to someone with a black&white shirt and not to give it every time to the opponents. Butt is a good DM,even at his age he is covering alot of ground and still has energy in him,its just that he is not capable of creating sometihing spectacular. Thats why we need some good creative CM or AM to play in front of him.Someone like Diego for example.I know we dont have a chance to sign him but im giving just an example.

Our season is officialy over. I had some hopes about saving this season with good performance in the FA Cup but this draw against Arsenal means that we are almost certain to be eliminated

Allardyce is complete joke. Our captain from the start of the season should have been Shay Given. He is the player with longest career at Newcastle and he deserves to be a captain. This is another stupid decision from the big head

He has holes in his education, he certainly wasn't the finished article when he came here, but really we've done him no favours. He's a confidence player, its easy to say but he really is. There's no confidence in the team, in the manager, in the formation, so how is he going to shine in that? He's a young lad who isn't ready to carry a club of this size on his shoulders, he should be the one sparking games, providing the magic moments not doing the bread and butter points scoring. We've got no one doing that, but that doesn't mean its his fault or he's a bad player. Put him in a team with a settled formation, a settled squad and a purpose, then he can bring to the table what he's good at. At the moment he doesn't know where he's at, and that is not his fault. Even if City bought him he'd be magic, if we swapped him with Elano i reckon due to the mess the club is in we'd make the guy look below average and people would be picking up on the bad points of his game and not looking at the good as the good wouldn't shine through as much here as it does at City. Completely agree with this post and your previous posts about Martins I also think that if Martins was playing alongside Shearer when SBR was manager he would have been phenomenal.Back then we were playing good atacking football.Our team was solid and our manager was top class and most of our players were in top form.Now our team is a mess and none of our players cant show what they are cabaple of... I think alot of people forger last season when Martins was probably the only sparkling thing in our miserable season What about his goal against Tottenham? How many strikers in the Premiership can score that kind of goal? Not many. I think it will be huge mistake if we sell Martins... If someone offers 13m for Owen i'll take it but not Martins.
