Looks very edgy this. Lövenkrands limiting our long ball tactics -
wat One of Europe's best strikers this season

Renato Augusto is fantastic, don't think we could afford him though. Went to see Hamburg-Leverkusen (2-4) in December, he ran the show completley and looked a class above the rest. Superb technique.

Why is Ben Amos called up for the U21s and not Forster?
-
Weird seeing Parker and Milner on the pitch considering that was half of our midfield four years ago.
-
Nice that, he recently said he wants Champions League, but I guess this means there is something concrete and that we've made our interest known. Would be a cracking signing.
-
Agreed. Performance wise, and taking into account the number of times we had to suffer from his shitness, he wins it. Stand out memory for me is when he was outmuscled by Harewood for a goal and had the worst 15 minutes any centrehalf has ever had before sustaining an (fake?) injury to come off. Huntington and Edgar shored things up and we got back to 2-2.

Too bad for Belgium that. They have a fantastic generation of footballers coming through now, sadly none of them will want to play in that.
-
Sign Matuidi as a back-up player? Sure.
-
Wouldn't go that far, f***ing hell. Only been a fan for about 12-13 years, apart from Bobby's team, there haven't been too many players to grow fond of.
-
Such an honest person, growing into one of my all time favourite players, hope he stays at the club for a long, long time. Like someone else said, would never have thought it'd come to this with Joey Barton.
-
He looked out of position, didn't know where to position himself and seemed to wander around the middle and help out way too much in defence for a forward. Also, when he had space, the passes to him were shit. Nice move for the shot that hit the post, nice of him to nutmeg his defender even though it came to nothin aswell.
-
Campbell starting, right sided forward in 4-3-3 and hits the post after 7 minutes.
-
Pattison was worse, slightly, but still. Roeder really decided to bring some really crap players through. It all started when Souness brought Ramage through, then things got out of hand with Huntington, O'Brien, Pattison and to some degree, David Edgar.
-
I think Matty Pattison is the worst player I've seen in black and white. Him and Ramage for me.

The worst players in the Premiership this season, so far

He has. Interesting thing I read the other day; Torres has more senior games in his career than the likes of Drogba. He has been a starter since the age of 17 and played almost every game for what is soon to be 10 years. In other words, his footballing age is a lot older than 26. He - like Michael Owen - could well have seen his best days. To be honest, his past year indicates exactly this. One hell of a signing from Chelsea if that's the case. Worse than Schevchenko. -
Actually excited about this for some reason.

Technically gifted player, has some speed to his game as well. I'd like to see him be a bit more confident going forward. Looks like he can skip past players and take them on to a greater degree. Good alternative to use for the whole left flank imo.

He is horseshit. Never again.
