Yep The sensible thing to do, bearing in mind he's gonna be here for the long term, would be to get it right at first team level and then get the rest of the teams at the club playing to it. That way, when we're struggling with squad depth, we can bring in the kids who, at the very least, understand their roles/position.

Can anyone remember when Rob Lee scored the goal from his own half when we were in the first division (against Brentford iirc?). I know there's hardly any (none?) coverage of it but I was there and can't remember why it was disallowed........ Was it a foul in the build up or offside? I didn't want him, don't particularly like him but I'll be the first to say yesterday was light years ahead of AP's approach.
