  1. Looks class. Frightening thought, him and Foden on each side for them. What a team.
  2. Ah - didn't realise that. Looks like he's got a good future in the game
  3. Yep - looks like a kid so could be interesting to watch. Reminds me a little bit of a younger Max Aarons.
  4. This Hayden kid is having a decent game at full back for Swindon. Might be one to watch in the future.
  5. Could be unbelievable for someone like Jamaal Lewis tbh. Not many better to learn the FB/WB role from that Trippier.
  6. That’s what he’s on now. Between us and Juventus that’s what he’ll be on here.
  7. My concern is what a guy on £400k per week might do for team morale tbh. Unity is never more important than when you're in a battle....
  8. Smells to me like he's getting punted about by his Agent tbh.
  9. El Chapo seeking a paternity test for the little fucker lying on the floor.
  10. The consortium are near enough on the record as having wanted to sign him from Bournemouth before the City deal happened. From memory, there was an Athletic article when the deal had fallen through and it mentioned an interest in both him and Ferran Torres specifically, before they both to City. This + Howe = could have legs.

Charlie Patino, the next big thing from the Arsenal Academy, has a Geordie mother. Come home Charlie.
  12. Ashworth would be a big yes from me
  13. Head's gone. Needs a spell out of the team asap.
  14. Hope the recruitment team are working overtime tonight.
  15. Judge him at end of January for me but on the showing so far there are only two positives for me; Joelinton and the fact Howe seems to 'get it' in terms of harnessing unity. Otherwise, there's many many mistakes to balance these out. Said it at the time and will say it again, Rafa keeps us up from here. Massively doubtful Howe can.
  16. Yeah, no doubt that he's our most exciting player and he can be completely unplayable on his day. My point was more about his overall contribution over the course of a season I guess. I know it's a ridiculous statement but when he's not unplayable, he's not worth playing. Anyway, no doubt he'll grab a hatrick soon and make me look a prick .
  17. Rafa did after he took the job and, given an extra three games, would've kept us up. As for high pressing, they should be winning possession further up the pitch, ergo it should lead to more possession or chances in their half.
  18. Appreciate that this will not be shared by many folks but this guy is actually a major part of the problem imho. Yes he can win us games 'on his own' but, when he's not, which is 90% of the time he's actually a liability in terms of shape, defensive contribution and also chance creation. Wilson said recently that he didn't have a clue what ASM was going to do when he had the ball. I think this also renders his attacking contribution less effective too because he's unpredictable. Wilson would thrive on knowing he was playing with someone who would just recieve the ball, knock it past his man and whip a ball consistently to the same post. If he played for a good team (Liverpool, City etc) he'd be a show pony off the bench when they needed a wildcard or when a game was already won. I know he's Mr Popular and should imagine the typical response might be 'he's the least of our problems' but I actually think he's making us worse as a unit and therefore not the least of our issues.
  19. Rafa had most of them getting us to 10th. They're poor but they're not so bad that you can't coach them into an effective system.
  20. I'm not digging him out btw. I like him and he seems to 'get it', I'm just seeing nothing in four games of football to give me much hope that he can keep us up.
