Forgot about that, yeah I changed my mind, he's a cunt!

TBF we could all get behind him and there'd still be room in the shade.

I concur, Blobby is a shit player, who fully supports the prick in charge, I don't hate him, I hate Pardew for not getting rid of the useless sack of shit and Ashley for not replacing him. We have a few players who are complete dogshit but they only get in the team because Pardew allows them to! It's not their fault they play and I doubt you would turn down a multi-million pound contract because you couldn't kick a ball 5 yards, if someone was to wave the money in front of you, you'll take it and laugh all the way to the bank. It's clear that brown nosers get far in our club and skill doesn't, that stands at Pardews door and his disgusting way of running(ruining?) a team.

You only have to go back to Keegans last stint before he was shafted to see what he can do for a club. On the precipice of relegation, playing poor football and he turned us around with attacking intent. For those not old enough to remember the Entertainers that should be enough to show how shit the current management team are! One day we will have a Sir Bobby or Keegan to raise the Phoenix from the SJP ashes, it's all there is to hold on to when enduring this regime.

Fine. Love the guy too. So why the dickens were European clubs seemingly so unwilling to invest anything in his signature last summer? Again with this We've seen plenty of players move to 'lesser' clubs in the past, it's no indication of anything and I have no idea why people choose to cite nonsense like this over things they've actually witnessed with their own eyes. I know with my own eyes he's the kind of talented and exciting player I long to have playing for us. I'm asking the question because it's frankly baffling that nobody (including Pardew) wanted him based on what we've all seen, but they clearly have some kind of reasoning behind it and I'd like to know what it is. You say we have seen plenty of players move to 'lesser' clubs, but none that I can remember as skilfull and at such a young age. It's simple, he disagreed with Pardball, hated the ultra defensive hoofball we played, was the only one willing to task Pardew on his gameplan and was despised for it, how dare he question the King?? That's when the muck throwing began, the old adage stays true, you throw enough muck, it sticks. "He's a trouble maker" "he's lazy/doesn't track back" "he damages the harmony in the squad". I've been tarnished with lies, worked my arse off and it still haunts me at work for those higher up that don't know me personally. These things don't go away no matter how many times you prove yourself.

Can't see anything but a Pardew defensive master class followed by a cricket score. Chelsea may not have beat us at home in a while and it might be Mourinho's worst ground but they're going to beast us on the way to the title.

I think we could quite conceivably give him his £18m and still post profits north of £30m. They'll be lost somewhere by being accounted for in wages over the duration of contracts or something. There's no way he'll post substantial operating profits, creative accountancy at its best.

So who plays on the wing out of Perez, Cisse and Rivière? -
Trouble is half our lot get Crayola sets for Xmas and think it's a selection box! They only look up from munching those delicious waxy treats to take a glance at the table or read the latest propaganda about how Pardews hands are tied and they're sucked in. Even if we lost the next 5 or 6 if we were still lower-mid-table we'd be exactly where we've been told we should be/belong. Staunch supporters and those who are old enough to remember Keegan and Robson eras vividly have either long given up on Pardew and Ashley or are too few in number now to be heard. We're the loony toons, the barers of great expectations, we demand challenging for the top 4 every year and regular champions league football. We're the ones that are what is wrong with this club and brave Sir Pardew and his battling troops are doing a hell of a job in such adverse conditions. I've enjoyed the wins, I've celebrated the performances of some top young players, but I've never been under any illusion that this was anything but a blip, even if he wins the next 5 it won't last, it's not sustainable and although gratifying to see us win, the long and short is that it's still joyless and ultimately futile. Even if we put in a great run to put us in the top 3 or 4 we have no aspirations to stay there, what's the point?

If? Surely you meant after? He didn't have a lot of choices for team selection but he chose the wrong ones at every opportunity. Innevitable yet still infuriating. Not following you. I mean starting yesterday if we lose 6 on the bounce what will the reaction be? As you say yesterday looked very much like back to business Pardew so it's very possible we might hit s*** street. Sorry I was being facetious, I meant not if we lose the next 6 but rather AFTER we lose the next 6 which seems more realistic. Even if some of our young players come back I can't see them displacing the old guard easily.

Have we not done enough in the last 6 games to dispel the myths now? Players aren't good enough, well they've won 6 in a row against some decent opposition now. We miss Cabaye? We have some young players proving a lot of worth now and Sissoko is proving the player he should be when playing in his rightful position (whoda thunk it?). When we hit our next slump, which is inevitable, surely he's losing places to hide?

Hope.... It's all that's left!

He's not quite on Pardew levels of guff, but 8/10 for pure profound waffle. Interesting to see how the media handle this after how much they stuck up for Pardew. Different kettle of fish when it's a media darling team struggling. Nice work on the SanToon quote

It's this kind of thing that makes you even more angry to watch Ashley wiping his feet on such pride and passion. But I guess it's just a dirty mark on an illustrious history which will one day be confined to the history books.

A friend of mine suggested they'd happily swap Rodgers for Pardew today?!
-
As if it's all about the results and the string of wins obviously negates the 18 months of continuous dry arse humpings we had to endure?
-
I'm greatful for the performances that Barton put in when we came back up, he had some patches of good play but it doesn't undo the shit that preceded it. Cult hero? Nah. But he was a useful player. As for Abeid it smacks of Pardews incompitence to sustain a winning formula whilst having to make enforced changes, so he'll keep it as close as possible to the detriment of anyone and anything. Desperate measures by a shit manager, but we knew that.

We are a fincial business first, then football. I think a financial decision was made, asset that cant play, costs ££££ - needs to be moved on asap. The financial reasons are understandable taken out of context but a modicum of empathy should have been forefront to any decision made. A persons life and indeed state of mind should take presidence in any life threatening situation. Heartless decision to wipe their hands of him.

He genuinely lives on another planet, literally everything he comes out with either didn't happen or he's completely revised it in his own mind to be something different to actual happenings. It's insane the amount of revisionism he comes out with weekly.
-
QPR have been playing well recently and been unlucky with a few results, with our growing list of casualties I'm genuinely worried Pardew will bring his favourites back in to put in a defensive shift. If he tinkers again we're gonna hit another one of our hot losing streaks.
-
I think it's always been obvious that Ben Arfa was the one who stood up to Pardew and questioned his shit football when the cloggers kept their heads down. How anyone could question the Kings authority is a mystery to him, so he was frozen out and lied about (we know they do this, they've admitted as much). To say he was given a decent crack? Joke! In different positions? Hoiked out on the left and vilified for not being able to play in the wrong position. He'd never flourish in a Pardew team, too much of a "luxury" player for a defensive outfit. Bruce will never get the best out of him either. If he'd have had the chance to work for someone like Keegan or Sir Bobby all you doubters would be drooling over him.

Still the uttering a of a madman. What's changed this season? Other than the kids showing him up?

Great instinctive goal by Rooney.
