We'll probably go for Bamford and be pipped by Bournemouth.

Cheering on Derby in the playoffs depends on how sure you are that it's purely Carver or McClaren. I personally hope Derby fail because I'm that scared of Carver. All this Jemez talk - whilst exciting - will be based on nothing.
-
And Chelsea should beat them tonight, which would stop their momentum.
-
Same. And Chelsea on the final day could go wrong.
-
A superb fourth goal for Parky. Rodgers on very thin ice.
-
Hopefully this results wakes some of the players up. At least 4 of them care.
-
Admittedly, it's now starting to look scary. Still just got to hope that we can scrape 1 more point, ideally against Leicester. Then they'll be 4pts adrift, Sunderland 6pts and they've got to play each other. 6.

I wonder if a Hull win affects plans for the West Brom game. A lot of matchgoers will be bricking it now, with #1 priority changing from an Ashley boycott to dragging the lads over the finish line.
-
Can't decide whether to be happy with a Hull win. Hmmm, conflicted.
-
Mike Williamson's own goal reminded me of Jamie Pollock. Also, I'm not sure that Carver's Hogan-esque ear cupping was the best way to respond to the AshleyOut chants.

Anyone seen these Paddy Power 'put £20 on a match, get a free in-play £10' bets? Am I right in saying that if you put £20 on Chelsea, the free £10 on a draw and £4.50 on a Leicester win..... you're guaranteed to make a profit on the £24.50?

Absolutely chuffed for Bournemouth, what a story! Probably beat Barnsley and Blackpool to being the smallest ever PL team too. Watford, Bournemouth and Boro would be strong set of three to come up, which is bad news for Newcastle, Hull, Leicester etc.

John Stones 15pts He's my 3rd sub
-
All that fist pumping
-
Ospina clattering Oscar should've been a penalty, but not the other three.
-
And even one shock mightn't be enough. Only one team can do 'a Leicester' and that's Leicester.

Benched Stones in my fantasy team

MO Bejaia have blown it.

Most of the fans who turn up have lost their right to complain about Ashley tbh. When the chance has come to take a stand, they're happy to just keep being sheep. They're complicit in all this. And when they turn up, they just silently sit on their hands making their presence totally irrelevant. Too many older fans are of that proud "it could be worse, i've stuck by much worse" attitude, like it's a badge of honour, while lots just see matchday as a checkpoint on getting away from the wife to get pissed with their mates. Enablers everywhere, just drifting along hoping it'll go away. Well it won't go away while these morons dominate our crowd. Yet he really doesn't care if we shout a few things at him or hold some cards in the air - he loves that we hate him. That's why directly striking Sports Direct is the best way to make an impact. Negative PR, costing them money etc. Whatever gets Ashley to the point where he'd rather lose out on free advertising and eye-watering TV money, than risk his brand. Slowly, we might be able to do it.

If QPR are still in touch by the time they play us, they've got 2 winnable games to end on. Hull may fancy a shot at Liverpool, but the Burnley game is their main chance. If Sunderland lose to Southampton next week, you can put a fork in them too.
-
As if Carver intended that post-match meeting to be a quiet tactical discussion Mention inverted wingers or a regista and the lasagne would burn.
-
They were shocking in the first half today, but better after the break. Thing is, they really have to beat Southampton to have a chance and - though it's very possible - they're more likely to lose. Their one winnable game is Leicester but even that looks tough now.
-
but on the other hand sunderland only need 6, Leicester and hull 5 and villa 4 points to overtake us if we don't get another point that would put us down Leicester, Hull & Villa are irrelevant if none of the bottom three catch us. Burnley are 9pts behind (wham, hull, STOKE, villa) QPR are 8 behind (liv, man c, NEW, leic) S'land need 5 (SOTON, everton, LEIC, ars, chel)
