  2. Not sure I'm keen on Jak Alnwick's new look there.
  3. dat result against Spurs when he scored was one of my favourites last decade That Martins' goal was amazing, not sure I've seen a harder hit shot.
  4. Paul Huntington, now there's a blast from the past.
  5. But does that not prove the point further? Hazard was getting more games at an even younger age than what Sammy is now. That has more to do with Hazard being a world class talent. you cant really compare one of our decent squad members from the academy to one of Chelsea's best players and expect them to have played a similar amount of games across their career.
  6. Sterling/Coral-woman providing the perfect response to that claim
  7. DEFCON 4 is actually the second lowest it can be, decreasing numbers = increased danger.

  9. Imagine having a manager who goes round headbutting players and calling Cisse a "Nasty piece of work"

Newcastle caretaker manager John Carver: "It's another game unbeaten, that's one win, three draws and two defeats now, which is not bad in this league. We said before the game we knew we were up against a big physical side and the pitch was quite lively, so we knew it was going to be a bit of a battle. "I stuck Papiss Cisse in. I was brave to play two strikers away from home, but he's a fox in the box and if he keeps scoring he has to be in the team. "It's a bit strange [facing Alan Pardew] because I worked with him for four years but once I got off the bus I went into professional mode. After the game he said to me: 'Well done, you deserved the point.'"

    Calling himself brave post-match
  12. Worse thing is, we did strengthen, then we sold him to Roma for less than we paid.
  13. game against recently poor opposition, Man City winning too. I don't think tonight has changed the race for the title much.
  14. has two modes: just about average and anonymous.

If this guy gets appointed next year we may as well accept relegation.
