Lived in Manchester for two years and used to go out with a lass from Liverpool so been there plenty times Personally prefer Manchester as a city because its far more modern and laidback in my opinion but Liverpool has some interesting bits about it. I don't mind Liverpool as a club because of many NUFC/Liverpool connections over the years in terms of players/managers but last few years started to grow a disliking to a lot of LFC fans I have come across, perhaps because they've become successful again, I don't know.

Liverpool fan at work giving it the big one about Newcastle blood money Short memory obviously when Saudi Prince was linked with them back in 2009 to buy them from Hicks and Gillette and how most of their fans were begging for it I'm certain there were banners too. Can't find them though

I'd have Richarlison here, shithouse and a goal scorer. Brazilian too

Dependable and clearly improved us in a position we needed. See no issue whatsoever in having him for a reasonable price whatsoever and to invest more in other areas

Yes, earlier in first half too haha

Hahaha get it in ya

They'll end up 0-0 with this then turn up like a house on fire against us

I did, great read. Are you like a radgie 15 year old or something? Good stuff @WillDanceForChocolateand I wish you and AFCB all the best.

James Perch levels of redemption here except this guy cost £40m and at a certain point was listed as one of the biggest premier league flops Superb effort and resilience. His performance against Man U at home remains to be one of my favourites same with his goal Brentford away.
-
His atittude is spot on and that's one of my favourite things about him He plays with hunger, passion, determination and ambition but with a lovely down to earth way about it.

Guys some folks here were calling Pardew "Silver Fox" and a "Manager who clearly is fulfilling his potential" here after he finished 5th. I still remember it clearly. Hindsight is fucking beautiful, give it a rest.

Someone should do a social experiment, walk into Sunderland town centre and ask the local vagabonds and offending youth on the white lightning if they know anything about Yemen or what a Yemen is Sportswashing marra

I myself after the Cambridge game had some concerns over a couple of things but he's clearly distilled his philosophy, chemistry, ethos and the players are buying into it He's showing exactly why he was touted as a potential future England manager at one point in the past
-
He's class, it was always there to see. I'm glad he's totally got his ethos and philosophy fully distilled into the team now.

I'll only go for the ones that I have seen since becoming an NUFC supporter 1. Jonas vs. West Ham 2. Cisse vs. Chelsea 3. Tiote vs. Arsenal 4. Nolan hat-trick vs. Sunderland (all of em, I was there) 5. Ben Arfa vs. Bolton (I was there)

I'm sure there are, but it never ceases to amuse me how something so simple and quick, which is enough to get the message and trigger the conversation in kids/tomorrow's generation is beeeewed and mostly put through mental gymnastics by people who have never been through racism. As for the ones who have been on the receiving end of racism who don't want to do it, they seem under the impression that taking a knee will stop racism on its own or something. Luckily most who do this 'virtue signalling gesture' still see the point and the ever hard working racism ending pioneers of all that is right and fair lot have stopped booing. I'm not white, but if I took a knee I'd also take it for anyone, including a white individual fwiw and I'd not accept or condone any racism towards them either. Even those who fly "all lives matter" planes.

Love those marauding Willock runs, reminds me a lot of his form from last year
