Given the respective performances of each manager this season, would you swap Carrick for Howe? @Kid Icarus give me a second with this one.
-
Aye was thinking of the financial lawsuits from the relegated clubs etc. I don't think it's actually possible. Solskjaer is already a league champion in our hearts.
-
Is there a possibility they'd be stripped of their titles right enough? If Solskjaer had a Premier League title that would be enough for me to call it a day. Life complete.

Barely a word said about the insane feat by Fernandes. 21 assists. He played as a deep midfielder first half of the season. Had no assists in his first 7 games and he also missed 3 games due to injury. So 21 assists in 28 games and he scored 9 as well. An absolute freak and easily the best player in the league and has been since he's arrived if we're being honest. Also, congrats @leffe186!

Aye but you'd think the cost would be significantly higher if they stay in the league. Think we're looking at him as a budget option.
-
That transfer is likely heavily reliant on West Ham going down, which hasn't been confirmed yet. Wouldnt think it's true.
-
From what the guys close to the club are suggesting, it's about £150m on three midfielders (80, 50, 20) but would be happy with two, and a backup at striker, full back, keeper and possibly centre back depending on how long De Ligt will be out for. Rashford, Casemiro, Sancho, Hojlund, Ugarte, Bayindir, Malacia, Zirkzee and Onana all either gone or likely to leave. Maybe £100m or so in transfer fees there and an absolute fuck ton in saved wages.

No we're not. Be surprised if we even spent half of what Liverpool spent.
-
He dropped him for Burn and Burn is in though.
-
Because now Hall can't have a class World Cup and we'll get him for £45m instead of £70m.
-
Don't get too carried away. I'd be of the opinion that Maguire is a better option than Burn.
-
It's a fair criticism, but improved is a touch of an understatement to be fair. He's started every game for us in the league
-
Shaw has also been good for us this year, but Hall and O'Reilly are better options.
-
Maguire been very good for us for quite a while. Surprised by that decision.
-
A lot of the bigger sides use the League Cup to play youth and reserves though and only take it seriously towards the end of the competition. I think the FA Cup is more prestigious and therefore more hotly contested.
-
League > CL > FA Cup > League Cup > Europa > Conference if we're going for difficultly I'd say.
-
League > Champions League > FA Cup > Europa League > League Cup > Conference League.

Brighton 2-2 Man United Burnley 1-1 Wolves Palace 1-2 Arsenal Fulham 1-1 Newcastle Liverpool 2-1 Brentford Man City 2-0 Villa Forest 1-1 Bournemouth Spurs 2-1 Everton Sunderland 1-2 Chelsea West Ham 1-0 Leeds

To play Devil's advocate, I don't see what he's done wrong to get the criticism he does. He did well at Chelsea despite being under basket case Boehly. He'll be a success at City.
-
This seems very realistic tbf.
-
Imagine Fernandes had people in front of him who could actually finish.
-
Neesy is talking utter pish. He had one poor season, one good and two unbelievable ones. Were going to miss him badly.
-
Find this argument a bit mad to be honest. He has fucking Bournemouth in 6th and still in Champions League contention. Bournemouth! That's with losing Semenyo, Huijsen, Kerkez, Zabarnyi and Ouattara. It's an incredible achievement.
