Chelsea have an excellent relationship with Brighton? Do they mean that Brighton are their sub
-
Really doubt we’re actually in for Ziyech, doesn’t strike me as a Howe player in the slightest despite his exceptional ability
-
Going to be massive for your season if Arsenal batter you. Will be Ten Hag’s first real test. There much talk of you signing people this window?

His reaction was like he’d had a great career at Man U and didn’t want to disappoint the fans. The lad’s obviously a massive weirdo based on that interview he did. I’m all for him being an oddball

Absolutely delicious
-
Fucking hell, Hughes is absolute dogshit
-
The thing about Kane is that he’s not only in the best two strikers in the league, he’s in the top five passers in the league too
-
Hope someone is dropping rat poison around the stadium at Palace to sort out the current infestation on the pitch
-
Isn’t he on £100k a week, even getting that off the wage bill for six months is decent but hopefully he’ll be a good fit for Forest and they’ll make him a permanent fixture
-
Loan with option to buy I hope. Really like him as a person, got a fantastic attitude and works really hard. Would love him to be a success but don’t think he’s got a future in the premier league

Beautiful post this

Might actually make it to one of these for once, where would you normally play?

Yeah, huge respect to our fans from elsewhere in the UK and worldwide, feels pretty amazing to hear about people supporting us who have no connection to the area and just fell upon us almost randomly but ended up obsessed. I’ve lived away from the north east for many years and finally returned in December ‘22, supporting this club made my year abroad in France so much easier to deal with homesickness. Supporting NUFC when I lived in London gave me something to connect to when at times the city just swallows you up. also really interesting to hear how much people were swayed by Shearer. Having a superstar, especially an English or British one is massive for support outside the region. Hopefully the area will produce another top class player again one day

Better at offensive headers without a doubt

One of Britain’s best tax evaders

Match threads are decent as long as we’re not losing. Immediately it turns very sour. There’s still lots of moaning when we’re drawing and we miss opportunities or the opposition come close but I don’t really mind that. The whole point of being a fan is that you have sharp switches in emotion, so it’s only natural it gets played out like that on here too

Thanks Keith, desperate to click the follow button for more of these insights

Not a surprise that clubs are being quoted massively inflated fees when Chelsea are walking around a strip club with wads of 50s and handing out handfuls every time they receive so much as a smile
-
Sounds like we were very close to landing him for circa £25m before Watford pulled the plug and we turned our attentions to Isak. Since then he’s looked very good but has picked up several injuries and is currently laid off for at least another month. If he hadn’t signed the contract extension and been injured I’d want us to go for him but his price and injury record means we should look at someone who’s earlier in their development than him

Think we’ll have a sackathon on once the first PL manager goes

BREAKING NEWS - “If they get some money they might spend it I think, maybe, but don’t count on it but it’s possible”
-
If there is genuine interest from Forest I’d be going all out to find a young and upcoming striker like Joao Pedro who isn’t going to command a huge fee and still needs to develop a fair bit. Could potentially be our best chance to offload our friendly kiwi

No way, was that in ‘08 or ‘09 or later? That completely passed me by if it was when I was there. I can’t fucking stand university politics though and glad I wasn’t aware as Harry Cole is about vile as it gets. Would have celebrated him losing though. Had a few mates in Sciennes. Did you ever consider sticking around there after uni? I would have done if there’d been better work opportunities. Still got a good few mates in and around Edinburgh though so can’t wait to head back there later this year
-
Would actually be a great move for all parties

He was, has turned it around now though. Looks a fantastic player
