  1. I can't believe he said about the club growing under his tenure. Stagnated at best if you're looking at league position. But with performances and players that have regressed. We have gone backwards. Such a cunt.
  2. Pretty much my thoughts on the matter. Unless De Boer agrees a deal that sees him leave Ajax for us at the end of the season. Carver in temporary charge would be horrible. It'll be horrible anyway, as I think there is a genuine chance we'll go down with him in charge and the football will be Pardew'esque or worse. But at least they'll be something to look forward to and some light at the end of the tunnel. If there is no pre-contract signed. I can really see us appointing another no mark. Or even worse, giving it to Carver full time. After he successfully steers us to a 14th place finish. Seeing as I doubt we'll get anyone of De Boer's calibre here. I'd rather we got Garde now. Most realistic option I think. No compo to be paid. No contract problem like Tuchel. No problem with him leaving his current club before the end of the season like Galtier and De Boer. Don't know much about him, but doesn't seem like a useless shithouse like most the Brit managers we're linked with.
  3. I still can't believe this has happened. What a great, late Christmas present. Although TBH, I don't feel as happy as I thought I would. I think I feel that worn down by it all, that it may take some time to fall back in love with the club again. It doesn't help that I fully expect Carver to get the job on a short term and possibly long term basis. If not, I don't trust Ashley/Charnley to appoint a decent manager anyway and the fact we treat cup competitions with utter disdain doesn't help matters. As every season, by January, we'll have fuck all to play for, save for being in a relegation battle. Still, Pardew gone. It's certainly great news and a fantastic way to start 2015!
  4. From my Facebook. It was someone replying to my status saying Pardew should jump off the Tyne Bridge. Honestly man. People are actually so oblivious to how s*** we are and lap up all this s***. Fair enough if nobody actually pays much attention. As the media are just as bad with this kind of BS. But don't go on like you're an expert on the subject. When really, you have no f***ing clue. TBF, that's a neutral supporter 'opinion' pretty much lifted from the Sun Says column and regurgitated ad infinitum by neutrals/people who take a passing interest in football. It used to annoy me and I remember calling an Arsenal 'fan' out on it (friend of a friend) once but now I just shrug- says more about the person saying it and how seriously their views are to be taken. Yeah I get that. But plenty of my mates can actually form an opinion and are aware of his shortcomings or how shit we are to watch. It seems as if the Sky 4 and 1-2 other clubs get spoken about in the media in any detail. The rest seems like a real nuisance to them. So they just lie and spout any old bollocks. Then people lap it up and pass it off as their own opinion. I just cannot stand shit like this with their faux-knowledge of what is going on at NUFC.

    Sammy Ameobi

Him and Gouffran out wide is just painful to watch.
  7. Useless player. When I saw him and Sammy were starting, I couldn't see us winning the game. Both utter shite, with no end product whatsoever.
  8. I've never met him. But I genuinely hate the man. I have never felt so low supporting NUFC. I really couldn't give a fuck about the results any more. No point even hoping for bad results so he gets the sack. As we've had shit results for about 2-2 years now
  9. What does that even mean? Makes no sense.
  10. That's so loaded it's ridiculous Up to 11% now the NO vote has mobilised You wait til RTG get hold of it marra. They love rigging online polls. They'll probably all be up in arms that Sewpa Kev, Saint Niall and Kevin Ball didn't make the shortlist.
  11. It's a sticker. Underneath is this I forgot about this picture isn't it Woodman in the background looking like an absolute predator?
  12. The comments about this on the official FB page Fuck people have short memories.
  13. I lifted that from The Times because it's a journalist (Tony Barrett) who is despairing about Rodgers resorting to defensive football with long ball inevitably creeping in. Quite sickening how Liverpool supporters are sympathised with for having to watch this stuff while we should be lapping up the turgid s*** served up by Pardew and thanking him for it. You forget that Liverpool Football Club and their fans are automatically entitled to goals, wins and success. (Nearly) all other teams should be happy with mediocrity. Yep. I heard Jeff Stelling actually say something along the lines of "joy for the LONG SUFFERING Manchester City fans." Referring to City's win against Roma. I know they had it s*** many years ago and I know their record in the CL has been poor since qualifying 3-4 years in a row. But long suffering? Compared to who? Must be hard watching you dick teams at home, win 4 trophies in 4 years and keep qualifying for the Champions League.
  14. "We wish him well." This is another one of his fucking horrendous catch phrases. He said it about Elliot playing last week and he's said it again about Alnwick. Of course you/the club wish him well. He's one of our players you utter shithouse. It's the sort of thing you'd say when a player leaves. Not when talking about one of your starters. Probably a massive overreaction and there are much bigger problems than this. But looking at him, reading quotes from him and hearing him speak makes me want assault the screen.
  15. Did Cisse score with his thigh/knee? I thought it was a really tidy volley on first viewing. But I keep watching it back and it looks like it just hits him high up on the leg somewhere.
  16. That 'dive' man Just flops on the floor. Pathetic keeper.
  17. His hips, his thighs, he's got me hypnotised.
  18. I'm sure I've read somewhere that he is a 'players' manager? Fuck knows where and I'm unsure why any player would like him. Save for the mediocre cloggers that he selects in his team no matter what. They surely must see that he is clueless and very limited? I mean, when we were doing the Williamson free kick routine last night. I did wonder what the players must be thinking when we try shit like this week in week out. Throw in the fact he's an egotistical tosser, I'm not sure why anyone would play so hard for him? It's quite ironic that Cisse and Obertan have been big factors in saving his career here after the way he treated them.
  19. Attacking midfielders/playmakers. Preferably with pace and skill. Although thinking about it. Powerhouse midfielders like Yaya and Vieira are a joy to watch when on form.
  20. Going a bit off topic. But he seems to be doing it all the time at the minute and he just ends up getting mugged and is constantly in no man's land. Did it twice near the end of the game against Leicester and left us dreadfully exposed. Colo really has gone to shit.

    Kieron Dyer

Lee Bowyer. I have tried to erase that cunt playing for us from my memory.
  22. That was the one that got me the most What a weapon.
  23. I'm not sure the formation has any impact. Do you not remember when we were playing 4-4-2? Why is he still here FFS?! Pardew, not Matta! Remember him trying to force 4-2-3-1 last few years as well. It just won't happen with pardew. Surely he cannot stay on any longer now. I honestly don't think the formation matters with him. I keep seeing pundits and fans clamouring for him to play 2 strikers. As if this is somehow going to massively improve us and turn Riviere into a compotent striker. We looked alright at times with Best/Shola and Ba in a 4-4-2. But then, we looked good that season in the 4-3-3/4-2-3-1 also. We've been consistently shit ever since regardless of who or what we played. However we set up. We still have this utter disgrace trying to coach the players, with the slow aimless style, no movement and the same god awful set pieces every week. He can fuck off and take all of his formations with him. Including the Sol Campbell 3-5-2
