There's an article on The 'Bruceicle' website by Gabby Agbonlahor, stating how good a job he thinks Bruce has done at NUFC. And yet the likes of Douglas suggest theres no pro-Bruce agenda from former Thomson House.

He either doesn't have the bollocks to drop him (or he's being told not to drop him), or its in his (Joelintons) contract that he has to start every game, unless unavailable. Surely the only reason he'd keep playing a player who is clearly rock bottom in confidence and shows very little strikers instinct??

Aye, is that not exactly what he did the first time with Staveley? Admittedly, he claimed she never actually made any bid/offer (which she refuted to Caulkin), but he pulled out/walked away when he accused her of timewasting.
