Feel a bit sorry for him. Desperately wanted him to do well, especially after the last two cretins. But clear now that there are too many players there who simply don't give a sh*t, and McClaren can't turn this around. He should walk of his own accord with a bit of dignity, rather than wait till things turn sour from the stands. As for who can/should replace him?? Not sure if anyone can turn this around whilst some of those player stay at the club.

Aye, he's had one of those games that keepers have from time to time (remember Krul at Spurs?). As said, his past performances haven't been that great. Lets see if he can keep improving, and maintain a decent performance level whilst he's in the team.

He was only on 5 minutes, but still caught off side (at least) once.

SSN made a big thing pre-match about Steve Black's presence on the pitch during the warm-up, as if its a new thing and we'd literally only just brought him in. Hopefully he has had some sort of motivational epiphany with this lot, and it continues next week.

Cisse still sh*te, like.

Fat head: fancy going away on holiday for a bit luv? Lynne: f*** off Aye, he's clearly just angling for some free flowers for Mrs Slughead there.

Aye, ex-player with an apparent grudge against us - They'll idolise him. Kevin Nolan will probably be his first signing.

Put this in here as couldn't find a 'Woodman' thread... http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/andy-woodman-left-newcastle-because-10107284 "Andy Woodman left Newcastle because life was a 'little uncomfortable' under new regime" Aw, bless him.

This is from the Daily Mail article about Cisse... "Cisse is not the only player causing concern. His close friend Cheick Tiote is another who wanted to quit St James’ Park this summer. The Ivory Coast midfielder was missing from the squad at West Ham and there are questions about his commitment." Jermaine Jenas changing his tune after one week. Last week, thought we'd do alright... this week, now thinks we'll struggle.

Coloccinis 'leap' for that header, FFS.

But, I thought Norwich were one of their 'Football Fwends'? Just watching MOTD repeat, and they just been on. Says they are holding 'crisis talks' this morning. New manager bounce before the derby again??

It probably is. Sure most of our recent home shirts have been templates, as other clubs have had the same (in different colours of course). Red Star Belgrade and Dortmund spring to mind. Probably see the same one on some European team shortly.
