If you’d looked at this forum during our last relegation season none of our players would’ve come away with glowing reports. Then three years later two of the most disliked were playing against one another in the CL final.

I’m not his biggest fan, but I don’t think his signing would be a travesty without parallel even at some of the fees quoted. At the end of the day he’s 21, homegrown, and spent his entire career to date playing for a massively dysfunctional club. It’s not unreasonable to think he might have something about him and just needs to be coached correctly.
