Rightly so. This season has been an exercise in endurance. I think huge swathes of the fan base are just sick of this season and want the break to recharge. 17 league losses is horrendous.

It meant another window closed with Newcastle failing to upgrade their team. Surely there was a way we could have offloaded a fringe player like Willock to make this work?
