I'm not saying Pardew is wrong in this, just that based on his decision making so far I don't trust his judgement yet. If players like Carroll have already had to have words wih him then I think this is the pre cursor to him being peddled. And when he does go we'll all know why. Pardew should shut his mouth because he's creating a problem. For the last couple of weeks people have been banging on about how Ranger is always late for training and is shit when he does turn, this was because of comments from Pardew. Pardew has now confirmed that he's not always late and is OK in training but he (Pardew) wants more. When Pardew came here Ranger was a promising player who was capable of coming off the bench and changing games. Now, or at least for the last two games he's become totally ineffective and that has happened while players who have made no impact have moved ahead of him. Pardew has the same man-management style of Souness when complaining about James Milner who was playing well at the time. The manager is the second coming of Souness, he’s clueless.
