Oh I totally agree, cost us nowt, scored some very important goals through the years and not a problem at all off the field. Having said that we need to move him on, for his own sake as well as ours, he's getting no where in his career playing at Kingston Park and we won't buy a replacement until he's gone, I'm pretty certain of that. Tbh he could do a good job for Ipswich I'd expect him to score 10-15 goals at that level, we are screwed now, doesn't his contract expire next summer. I am sure he knows he won't get a game here and has no choice but to leave the club he loves. Do you think Owen would ever have painkiller injections in order to be able to play for us? its that kind of dedication we need form all of our squad, I am sure Shola wil get a move away I just hope we replace him with a player with as much heart!!
