Guest neesy111
anyone criticising the club for making this public? the transfer list anything more than 10 million is daylight robbery, about time we did it to other clubs instead of us being the club being robbed
Dave
£10mill? snap their hands off Is it snap or bite, I think you are probably right, bite really doesn't make much sense does it ? Whichever's quickest.
Cajun
Would take Yobo and Anichebe or Gareth Barry. Nothing less.
1878
WTF. We better not sign him. If it was like £4m or something then I wouldn't mind but this is crazy money. I'll f***ing piss me self if you pay more than £10m for him. Pace. He's about as pacey as Tony Hibbert on crutches. Moyes has gone nuts. This is one player I hope we lose out on, hopefully he'd pick Villa anyway since he's been there before.

Lagerstedt
"While neither bid for the England Under-21 winger has been accepted at St James' Park, Newcastle's valuation is close to being met." We were calling Spurs crazy for valuating Berbatov at £25m+, but this is just as crazy.

Unbelievable
Keegan has never favoured dispensing with Milner. “He's the last player Newcastle United want to sell and I'm talking about the owner and myself,” the manager said this month. “James Milner won't be leaving here, I'm sure of that.” Did Keegan really say that? I wonder how many goals weren't scored because Milner decided to check back or do an extra step-over while the defence re-grouped?

They're not. He's had one decent season here so far with 53 games in it which whilst that is an impressive stat, it dilutes the goals and assists. If there's any truth in this report (and the Smith one), we should offer them both in a double deal worth £12m. I'd be fucking delighted with that.
