He's not been brilliant but there's been enough to suggest he's learning and he's coped well in a decent percentage of the games he's played for the first team. The goal looked bad, but it just seemed to fall for Bent and just too far for him to get to. He was also kind of shying away from the ball, more afraid of getting hit than anything (human nature). Because you're a very prententious guy who's more likely to have seen a clip on SSN of his mistake against Gers than actually have an opinion based on solid evidence. Forster is our best option, as most of us who've seen both keepers a fair few times will agree. Not getting at the lad, but we have to be pragmatic; Krul's exactly where most inexperienced keepers at 23 are. Forster - for whatever reason - is a few years ahead.
