DJ_NUFC
Since ope's launched an all-out smear campaign, I'd say my only issue with him when managing us was his double-standards about international duty when it came to Nobby in comparison to the English players. Hardly anything to write home to mother about.

Hardly anything to write home to mother about. Hardly a double standard, like. The English players didn't have to fly 12,000 miles to play (relatively) pointless fixtures. Of course, but it's part and parcel of having a South American at your club who's a first team regular for his national team. Good thing we've not had to worry too much about this with Colo, how would we survive?
Sima
Bobby used to sub Nobby every game due to Nobby indulging in some trumpet-based telephone tomfoolery on a prolific basis.

Andymc1
I'm at the Toast of The Tyne ball at St James' Park tonight, where they're raising money for SBR Foundation so hopefully get a few quid raised tonight. I'm pretty nervous about meeting Lady Elsie for some reason
huss9
SBR, KK and now we have Rafa, who hopefully match what they achieved for us on and off the pitch and outdo them both and win us something.
AyeDubbleYoo
David Beckham is going on Desert Island Discs. To mark it they have previous sporting ones to listen back to, one being when Sir Bobby went on: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/articles/3rcPY5RvWpGtmCsSKV15CPp/radio-4-sends-david-beckham-to-a-desert-island

Ketsbaia
Happy Birthday, Bobby I often wonder if his team was actually better than Keegan's, he just had much tougher competition (Wenger's Arsenal, Chelsea with Abramovich etc). Maybe that's just bias because I can only remember his team
LoveItIfWeBeatU
Didn't know there was a third statue of him. http://portugalresident.com/sir-robby-robson-statue-unveiled A life-size statue of Sir Bobby Robson sitting on a bench overlooking the 18th green at the Pestana Vila Sol Golf Course, Vilamoura was unveiled last week by Lady Elsie Robson and her family. The Sir Bobby Robson Celebrity Golf Classic has raised €842,000 for the Refúgio Aboim Ascensão children’s home in Faro since 2004. Sir Bobby, who passed away seven years ago, loved Portugal, having won the Primeira Liga and Portugal Cup as manager of FC Porto. This is a lasting legacy to a great player and manager but, more importantly, a truly remarkable human being.
