They are still very young, but show a lot of potential. "After speaking to Arsene, we have decided that our league challenge collapse will begin in late January next season. We should be out of the title race by March and we can then concentrate on picking the players up and preparing for the following season. We are hoping that van Persie will spend his usual 20 games a season injured and that the form of Fabregas and Wilshere drop as they did last season. The trick is to make sure these things happen at the right time. "We also need to achieve our annual profit target on player transfers, so a few experienced guys will leave and we'll replace them with more precocious young talent from France with no experience. The blue-print for our plans is finalised, we just need to get our heads down and see it through." We understand Wenger has planned a touchline rant at some point in January, leading to a significant ban. We also believe Wenger intends to ignore calls for experienced signings and continue to rely on promising youngsters with great spirit and 'togetherness.' Thing is so do Sunderland, so unless there's another big-money striker going there, this is a huge gamble by them unless they're counting Frazier Campbell has their main forward alongside Gyan now.
