Sifu
Anyone think we won't sell any key players in January btw? I'm undecided. Me, pretty confident we won't sell anyone in January - it's just a feeling I have. Of course, there will be plenty of rumours in the press but I reckon we'll be fine (just). EDIT: then again, there is that worry of an offer being "too good to turn down". Still, I'm 95% sure we won't sell anyone.
Tooj
Anyone think we won't sell any key players in January btw? I'm undecided. Too good to turn down and all of that shite. If Ba keeps on banging them in the way he has, how long before the Tiote rumours change to him btw? It's fucking horrible that we're even talking about this, but with those in charge, it's something that will always be at the back of our minds. If we want to get anywhere, we need to entertain any ideas that these offers are too good to turn down. Spurs have proven that with Modric - who I think is a class little player, but he's not worth £40 million pound, yet they knew he was more valuable to them than that. That's what we need to start doing.
ElDiablo
Romeu's emergence will help keep Chelsea away from Tiote and I just can't see Colo leaving in Jan. /wishfulthinking
midds
99% of players are for sale if the bid is big enough. We also know from the Carroll affair that no-one, absolutely no-one, in that squad is here for good.
Ketsbaia
Can't stop thinking of last January but if I'm being honest, I don't think anyone will go THIS TIME. It'll be a hellish month though
Guest BlacknWhiteArmy
Anyone think we won't sell any key players in January btw? I'm undecided. Tiote. I think all the signs point to it, sadly. Colo won't go this window. Not hopeful on the contract front though.
Big Geordie
Anyone think we won't sell any key players in January btw? I'm undecided. Tiote will go if enough cash is offered. Also maybe Colo (hope not for both though!)

Guest sicko2ndbest
Watching El Cashico tonight with Silva and Mata playing. Valencia have got rid of Villa, Mata, Silva in the last 2-3 seasons. Big club, surrounded by giants ready for rich pickings If the right money is offered it really dosnt matter who you are
Super Duper Branko Strupar
Anyone think we won't sell any key players in January btw? I'm undecided. Smith. Blatant FM tactics, innit? Play an out of favour player in the few games run up to the window, attract more suitors. Nailed on.

Disco
Say we sell Tiote and buy some relative unknown at £20m coming into the club will that will mean the club are turning over a massive profit for the year?

Even Spurs have only just got to the stage of saying no though. Until very recently they were a selling club and they've only really felt confident enough to turn down big money bods once they were on a footing to compete for Champions League football. Colos Short and Curlies
One hope with Tiote is that Ashley likes to maximise sales value. Carroll was never going to be worth more than £35m, Tiote's value will rise between now and the summer (and even summer 2013) if he keeps on at the same level of performance

Disco
Man Utd linked with Clyne in the Mail. They can get bent, they have no need for him at all. Yes they do. Currently they have no fit natural RB and arguably their only one is Rafael. (Working on the assumption I can't recall Fabio playing RB.) Even more relevant giving Smalling and Jones will be more needed to cover Vidic and Vidic/Fletcher respectively.
