Mr. Snrub
If the final doesn't go their way early on and they revert to type against Man U will it all be down to Fergie? Doubt it, when they played in the final 2 years ago Man Utd dominated the first 10 minutes only to get schooled the other 80 and lose 2-0.
Dinho lad
Incidentally, apart from the Barca bias from the referee,Cristiano.yet again went missing in a big game. yeah, but Mourinho's pathetic ant-football tactics also played a part. Glad his team are going out. And as for Messi's goal.........fucking hell!!
The Prophet
Don;'t give a f*** about Mourinho - most Spanish players (and that includes imports) are complete cheats. There are of course many cheats in England but nothing compared to Spain. If the final doesn't go their way early on and they revert to type against Man U will it all be down to Fergie? Revert to type? You can't watch many Barca games. Tonight they were horrible, but to call it a regular occurance is daft.
Fugazi
"Mou: we had the intention to keep 0-0. Then bring on a striker. Then a third phase, a number ten behind 3 forwards. But the ref didnt allow it" Aye, you were definitely going to do that. Guest neesy111
Also how many times has an big premier league descended into farce I.e. Msn utd v Liverpool, arsenal and chelsea spring to mind.
Ketsbaia
people are being harsh on the match like....it was poor for a while but got fascinating near the end. pepe's red transformed the game (red card AGAIN ), even if it was a bit harsh. not proud of the way barca surrounded the ref though and pedro was an irritating prick. mourinho's smugness is legendary (can't help but love the guy) and i loved the sarcastic 'well done'. but messi, man.......he's the greatest that ever existed. i don't care what anyone else says. I admit to not watching that much Spanish football - the constant cheating makes me switch off - its not worth the effort overall.

Ishmael
Real had to dive. They had to. There was no way they could compete in the game if they didn't. Barcelona dragging the whole footballing world down with their petty embarrassing shit.
Geordie Boot Boy
I've gone right off Barca. I know I'll probably come across as a complete philistine but the passing the ball around in dangerless areas ad nauseum bores me. There was a time when they were dicking around at the end when two players standing right next to each other passed the ball back and forth really quickly. It makes me wonder to what extent some of these passing stats we hear every game are artificial because they'll add pointless passes in deliberately to make the numbers look better. Also, the idea that they're some kind of Platonic ideal form of football is laughable considering their penchant for cheating and attempting to influence the referee*. *which, seeing as they always seem to get the decisions anyway, suggests either it works or it's superfluous anyway. It doesn't mean they are pro-Madrid. Just pointing out what the others did isn't a justifiable comeback. As you said both teams were petty and ridiculous and they are getting called out for it.
