Beren
Enter performance from him that had everything that is Shola about it - the wonderful, the power, the strength, the falling over and the inexplicably bad.

Geordie Ahmed
Brilliant goal, that's his one moment for the season (well Mackem slaying aside) like the Spurs goal last season
thomas
Glad he scored but viewed in the larger context there's no way we should ever be reduced to hoping he'd be the one to unlock the defense of a team in 19th place
Deuce
The man, the myth, the legend. Shola's been rather poor the last few times he's come on, but he was vital today. Made all the right plays.
Ketsbaia
As the match progressed, we obviously needed to throw him on. Had a feeling he'd do something, but so chuffed that he's got us that win.
Klaus
Pisses me off so much how he can play as well as that every now and again, but never on a consistant basis class goal and all round good performance
M1tche
good display and great goal for me, but that dive as awful. Still well play shola lad
Ronaldo
Pisses me off so much how he can play as well as that every now and again, but never on a consistant basis Don't see why it should, like. Up against the tiring legs of the worst part of the worst team in the league - he should look good in that situation.
Guest bimpy474
Good goal, shit dive, shit player. 20 minuter only...ever.
Guest bluegeordie
I've had Stroller earmarked for the glue factory more times than I care to remember, but credit where credit is due - that was a superb goal, which was brilliantly thought through, and perfectly executed. I actually think that he chose the only way of having a genuine chance of scoring from Marv's pass, as the original angle was against a first-time shot being successful. Despite Stroller's blindingly obvious shortcomings, I actually think that he plays better with Ba or Cisse than they play with each other, mainly because he gets his head to the long (aimless) ball more often than either of them, which leaves Ba or Cisse free to try to make something of the flick-ons or scraps. Beren
Thought he was superb (yes, superb!) in his role as last 20-25 minutes cameo striker. He's a very useful squad player for that, and for mixing it up when we need to go long/hold up the ball higher up the pitch in very specific circumstances.
