Ronaldo
He's starting to p*ss me off, i love the guy but lately he's just not bothered putting any effort in That's nonsense.
Mole_Toonfan
His selfish attitude is really starting to annoy me its not all about Demba Ba its about the team.

Aye, he tries, he just looks off the pace lately. Nothing to do with not being bothered as I think its a matter of trying a bit to hard.

Ronaldo
He looks like a great athlete but physically he's very limited and people need to accept that.
Sifu
He has two weeks now to get himself mentally and physically prepared. Once he gets his goal, he'll be fine.
Guest BooBoo
He's had a fantastic season and is just going through a poor spell of form, happens to most players. We're fortunate in that Cisse has proved an inspired signing so we're not missing Ba's goals. He'll come good again, but certainly is the main person who should benefit from a break as the bloke looks like he's running on fumes.
Keefaz
Game passed him by today, through no fault of his own to a large degree. Too many high balls. Does look frustrated, but that's natural, I suppose.
JUICE690
We scored twice after he went off. Now in no way am I saying he was to blame for our dire performance (pre wonder boy scoring), but he must see that the substitution worked, as it did against Swansea. Oakie Doke
I reckon he'll find his form for these last few games and get to the 20 goal mark.

Dont feel it made a difference to the game at Swans. But today it did. He is frustrated hasnt scored in a while. Stoke comes next and he loves scoring against them. Conjo
Ba was playing really well against WBA and Liverpool. Only the last two games his overall performance has dropped, and rightly have been subbed by Pards. Hopefully he, together with Pardew and the team, can channel his frustration into something positive to get him ready to the max against Stoke. SEMTEX
Doesn't bother me right now, given we've got other players who are scoring. I'd continue to play him. 4-3-3 style LW tho.
Geordie Ahmed
Disappointed with his reaction BUT I am sure once he has calmed down he won't be happy about it either He badly needs a goal as his confidence seems shot Still the main thing is we are winning
Mole_Toonfan
My problem isnt his form or his work rate, its the fact he cant deal with the fact Cisse is scoring the goals is instead of him and pretty much made us play 4-4-2 today so he can be central and get him a goal. It's not Demba Ba FC its Newcastle United FC, he's being far too selfish if him playing on the left of the front 3 is best for the team then so be it. M4
Ba was playing really well against WBA and Liverpool. Only the last two games his overall performance has dropped Indeed, let's not start rewriting history here. He's part of a system that works and he wasn't even that bad today. Fenham Mag
Seriously out of form and shouldn't blame it on anyone else. This a team game Demba, I think everything will be ok though.

ExiledGeordie
Pardew will no doubt sit down and talk to him about it. Thing is worse case scenario and he throws all his toys out the pram and doesn't look at it from the team point of view, he'll be moved on and replaced or will push for a move with the same result. I don't think it'll come to that but it'll be worked out either way. No player is bigger than the club

Ba will come good again, going through a dip in form right now and now is the time for Pardew to do some +ve man management
Elliottman
Just got back. Without reading through it all, I did see Ba fling his arm about when he came off didnt I?? Is this what people are going on about?

Only the last two games his overall performance has dropped Indeed, let's not start rewriting history here. He's part of a system that works and he wasn't even that bad today. Some seem desperate for things to go to shit. Pardew needs to manage him correctly and the goals will return.
Tiresias
Ba in terrible mood because he played badly, he'll surely get some perspective on it. The worry for Pardew is does he keep giving him game time to regain his confidence, or leave him out for sake of the team.
