Ronaldo
Cabaye, Debuchy, Williamson to name 3 all take/took more responsibility for leading the team. Off the top of my head, so I'm sure there's more.
Elliottman
The same cabaye who cried when we wouldn't sell him to arsenal? Great leader. Although the only one I'd agree with you with. Williamson ffs.
nemtizz
Janmaat clearly hates Obertan so I say give him the armband. Speaks good English IIRC, too.
Segun Oluwaniyi
Colback, if still here and around the first team, will be captain when Coloccini leaves, retires, or expires.

Williamson ffs. Williamson tells him what to do, man. As utterly shit as Mike Williamson is he's the only one who tries to take responsibility for organising the defence. Mick
Cabaye, Debuchy, Williamson to name 3 all take/took more responsibility for leading the team. Off the top of my head, so I'm sure there's more. He seemed to be organising the defence today and he played well and is one of the reasons that we won. He's not the player he was but he is still capable of doing a good job like today, even if it was against a poor team.
Ronaldo
He often has good games against strikers who don't score goals. Today was certainly one of them.

DJ_NUFC
We still looked shaky as fuck with long balls into the box. For two supposedly 'tall' defenders, we don't seem to win many headers, haven't for what seems like years. Colo's best defending is when he's on his ass, sliding around or blocking goalbound efforts. The College Dropout
I can't think of many, if any, with both of those weaknesses that've had very good PL careers, mind I would love for Mole to name 3 Premiership CB's other than Colo who were weak in the air and slow and fashioned themselves good PL careers

The College Dropout
Ba seemed a bit of a leader too. Didn't he come and give a pep talk to the team the season he left?

Guest firetotheworks
We haven't had a proper captain since Nolan left in all honesty and he obviously had glaring faults as a player.

AyeDubbleYoo
It was an epic error to build our defence around Colo and get rid of Mapou. So bad.
Guest
That contract we were begging for Coloccini to have in 2011 is the worst thing to happen to our defence.

M4
Thought a straight red was harsh. Still a completely stupid challenge though, and given our predicament in terms of players available, quite a cowardly and selfish act. Maybe he was desperate to miss out on the derby. Hard to really care though.
