sbnufc
de Jong is vice captain, and he's fit now so..
Ketsbaia
Aye it'd have to be De Jong. A leader, well-respected by Krul & Janmaat and the only player likely to keep us up.
Wallsendmag
An opposition player would be a better choice than Colback Not saying much but he's been one if our better performers this season. Should be him or Janmaat for me and Janmaat's suspended.
Tiresias
Giving Colback captaincy just rewards all the reasons we're in this mess, blind faith in passion over ability.
AyeDubbleYoo
I would give it to De Jong now and hope he can act as an unofficial player coach for the last three games.
loki679
Krul or Jonas for me Jonas is gonna be busy as manager, man
St1pe
I'd be surprised if it's true and I'd be even more surprised if Luke Edwards knew anything about it. He takes every opportunity to smash the club and claim he was right about something since they banned him. I really can't stand the bloke regarding the way he went on with that whole Cabaye incident. Once he was sold he practically had every tweet dedicated to how right he was.
TRon
It would be absolutely crazy to strip him of his captaincy when he's our last remaining fit central defender. If he decides to down tools on Saturday we are done.
Darth Crooks
What the fuck does captain mean anyway at an abortion of a team we have ATM?
Dokko
What the fuck does captain mean anyway at an abortion of a team we have ATM? Means not forgetting an extra bit of clothing before strolling out to pretend to play football.

Guest firetotheworks
Imagine them asking Jonas to take over man. Aye, remember how we treated you like a worthless piece of shit when you'd just come back from treatment for cancer, then used it as a way to try and thwart a protest against the manager that ostracised you? Well would you mind saving us please?

Ronaldo
Unfortunately he has to play. I'd rather he played with a far different attitude, though.
TRon
Unfortunately he has to play. I'd rather he played with a far different attitude, though. Which is why I don't think stripping him of the captaincy is going to improve his attitude. Right now the manager's job should be to pump these players with belief and pride in the shirt, not play to the fans or the media. It's better to be a cunt like Mourinho who can get his players to fight to the death than be popular Johnny who is loved by the local fans and Lee Ryder for being "honest" about his players lack of heart. La Parka
Hair vs Hair match between Krul and Colo is the only solution.

Right, but it'll never happen. More chance of Riviere scoring a double hattrick.
