From that forum:

He really believes that we will draw a line on these absences and that we will swallow its ridiculous pretenses?

If it points the mouth to flower to the next drive I hope that it will bring the tar and feathers!

In fairness that is a very good point

All I can say is G Carr is a beast..

Why?

Don't

To find some one who we can easily buy he didt it several times in the last two years and he was not too much off the target. Compare that to Souness era the Boumsong, Luique, Owen and Babayaro.... I think it is refreshing to be in this position.

The warped morality of a football supporter.

If Enrique had gone on 'strike' to get a move away from here, people would have been calling for his head. It's OK for Maiga to go on 'strike' because he wants to join us.

Completely bored of the 'striker search', it's clear whoever we buy is going to be another case of getting someone, anyone because the price is right and hope for the best rather than identifying them as the best player for our team.

Just fucking make sure it's done, that they're ready for Saturday and be prepared to live or die by the decision. No excuses.
