Bimpy474
O'Neill, the mackem loving cunterhead - I fucking hate international friendlies. Our 1st and 2nd choice both injured on International duty, hows our luck like

Guest Roy the Irish Magpie
And with that Newcastle are out of the premier league with a serious relegation. Call him fat, call him chubby, but this guy's been one of our very best players this season and saved us rare and precious points Bourenmounth away being the best game of all. Seriously need to fire our whole medical team. We're constantly at the top of the injury list. One or two seasons of it happening fair enough but when we consistently have the most injures year in year out somethings got to give. I know they're not to blame for this one in particular but I dare you to track our injury list and tell me it's not consistently ridiculous the number of injuries we have. What are they doing in training ffs a game 'let's drop a rock on our legs'.
lovejoy
'let's drop a rock on our legs' is a pretty popular training regime, tbf.

SEMTEX
If Rob Elliot suffering an injury gets us relegated, then we deserve to be relegated. Embrace it.

Darth Crooks
This is one injury crisis that couldn't be foreseen by the club.
Bimpy474
I do feel sorry for him if it's a ACL injury. Not nice, Krul having the same is just well cruel (no pun intended).

Well I personally can't see Darlow doing as good as he has been doing! Not by a long shot! Hope he shuts me up, I'll gladly eat my words with a spoon and fork, but given our terrible defence and lack of decent keeper now we're definitely more screwed than we were before tonight and we were pretty fucking screwed to begin with. SEMTEX
I'm sure Darlow can make the bog standard saves that Jelly has made.
Greg
Blob has been shite. Doesn't command his box, doesn't come off his line, slow, awful at one on ones. One of the many reasons we are in the shite. Don't be fooled by good shot stopping, that is a basic at this level.

Not much worse than Blob v Stoke refusing to even try and save a shot 1 yard to his side.

He almost punched a cross/corner into his own net, didn't he? Stop man couldn't even save a header that came straight at him. Least Elliot begrudgers admit he can do the basics right. Darlow showed no evidence of being able to do so.

You can't rate Darlow on one game, his Premier League debut at 5 minutes notice, and having been out injured for a fair while previously.

Greg
I have absolutely no doubt Elliot is better than Darlow. I have absolutely no doubt neither of them are good enough but Darlow has the potential to be better than Elliot and is more than capable of coming into the side and being as good, if not better, than Elliot has been this season. All in his head, hopefully he'll be okay. What a fucking mess.
