duo
Low budget keeper looks like low budget keeper. Agreed - no where near in the same league as Tim. Can't see how he's starts over Harper.

Guest bimpy474
What happened for the first? Best way to describe is, Our goal conceded v Fulham at home last year. Nearly the same as that one.
Numbers
Nice lad but not a very good keeper sadly.

Gallowgate Toon
Could he not have reached it? I was amazed to see him come out 2 yards and then scramble back. Not seen any replays.
Mole_Toonfan
Krul wouldn't have changed anything, we still would have lost by 4 or more.

ujpest doza
Poor today but was not alone and had zero protection from our stupid offside trap defending. He unfortunately set the tone by standing watching Agger instead of coming and at least attempting to challenge for the ball.
TaylorJ_01
If Krul is 'pringles', Rob Elliot is own-brand 'prangles'.
Varadi
Not good enough for this level.
Menace
Not good enough for this level. Absolute bollocks. He played shite today but he's a good backup keeper.
Thespence
I would take him out of the firing line and give Harps once last whirl.
S.S.R.
Harsh on Eliot blaming him for shit defending in front of him.
Ronaldo
Not good enough for this level. Absolute bollocks. He played shite today but he's a good backup keeper. He most certainly isn't. He's an honest pro, but ability-wise League One crap. Cheap though, so who cares?
Guest Phil K
Harsh on Eliot blaming him for s*** defending in front of him. Thats the thing though. A GOOD keeper can fill in for sh*t defending. Kriul did it often last season. Harper did it from time to time. He's just PART of the sh*t defending. Not good enough. A Pardew buy, that says it all
Cajun
This place at times was very recently 'harsh for him to lose his place to Krul but Krul is better' now after a game he was let down by his defence over and over he's not good enough
Nordstrom
Not good enough for this level. Absolute bollocks. He played shite today but he's a good backup keeper. You're spot on there. It's like any hint of a good performance prior to Krul's previous injury HAVE to be discounted. If Elliot's performance was of a League One standard, then the same argument must hold for most of our starting eleven (which is obviously not true). Guest Affy
He had some moments like and his kicking was shit but the three saves he pulled of within seconds of each other were class.

Deuce
Rubbish to suggest he's not capable of playing at this level. He's no Krul and he's not a PL starter, but I feel very confident with Elliot as second-string keeper.
