Dave
Actually a decent point considering how we played. Another clean sheet, unbeaten still and can surely only play better than this. Feel pretty sorry for QPR like, they did everything but score, were by far the better team (certainly pissed on the many assumptions that we'd not only win tonight, but also that we'd comfortably finish above such a shit side) and should be feeling pretty excited about this season. They're a good side, full of passing, pace and movement. The antithesis of us right now.
JH
We played poorly and still came away with a point and a clean sheet. 8 points from 12, unbeaten and in the top four. Can't say I'm too disappointed overall.
Dr Venkman
another 90 minutes comes and goes without any attacking impetus or cohesion, not one move where we strung 3 passes together going forward, awful. i hope he learns his lesson and shola doesnt start again while Ba's available, same with Raylor, he got bummed all day. and what in the FUCK is going on with Tiote? still looks utterly appalling under pressure, he's reminding me of scott parker at his worst every time he gets the ball now, baffling. still though, stole a point, nice one. worthy
Seriously, fuck ryan taylor fuck pardew. How the fuck can you not see how fucking SHIT he is, he was pissed on constantly there. My fucking god if Wright-Phillips would have had better players with him they would have gone up by 3 goals minimum. I still cannot see how Pardew decided to fucking keep ryan im a fucking shitbag taylor on the pitch. fucking relieved that Boothroid is so horrible. RupertCommunicator
Krul - 6 Not much to do Simpson - 7 Did well. Much better than last few matches. Saylor - 8 Solid. Good goal line clearance. Colo - 8 Kept their strikers away well. Raylor - 4 Not a LB. Shit free kick. Gave possession away. Obertan - 5 Lazy. Didn't use his pace, didn't track back. Cabaye - 5.5 Did well first half, anonymous second half. Tiote - 4.5 Diabolical first 80 mins, played excellently last 10 mins. Jonas - 6 Ran well with the ball, zero end product. Ameobi - 4 Shite. No threat, no urgency, no hope. Best - 5 Didn't get the ball. Horrendous offside in 45th minute. Ba - 5.5 Didn't make much of an impact. Marveux - 5 Didn't make an impact. Sammeobi - 7 Made an impact. Needs to start next match. Pardew - 2 Why U no play Santon? Why U start Shola? Why U no make changes at HT? Get a fucking grip man! Skirge
MY FUCKING GOD WE WERE TURBO SHIT Lets see what kind of spin Pardew tries to put on that performance. The difference Ba made to Shola was incredible, bet Shola don't start vs Villa... Tiote has lost his mojo that is a huge worry, him out of form is devistating, he knows it to its written alover his face. BUT by some miracle we are unbeaten and 4th top after four games, NON of us seen that coming.
colinmk
Good to see a team pass the ball about like that. Fair play Warnock.

garth
Hav to say Pardew got it wrong with his team selection again. His luck isn't going to hold out for much longer.
Darth Crooks
subs came 3/4 hour too late and why are we not fielding our best players? Sentimental shite.
Ronaldo
8 points from 4 games is terrific tbf. Disgraceful that League One crap like Shola and Raylor are starting games though.
The College Dropout
QPR has a discernible and effective pattern of play. They also showed plenty of desire and spirit. We had neither. Too many "bottlers" in the side afraid to use the ball for any purpose. Simpson and Raylor want shot of the damn thing asap. Obertan & Cabaye go missing. Best's a poacher and Shola is shit. Tiote's not the greatest on the ball and he keeps getting caught in possession but atleast he was visible unlike Cabaye. I'd start Sammy ahead of Obertan as he actually looks like he wants the ball and will attempt to beat a man.
Ishmael
Weathered that first half storm. QPR properly got out of the blocks, had so much energy and strode forward in attack with Taarabt always threatening. Faurlin was very assured, really classy. SWP was dangerous in patches. Barton was poor, but he always is when there's an element of pressure on him. Was good for us when Traore went off injured, just taking a bit of pace out of them and shutting a flank down because the ex-Arsenal kid they brought on was shit in possession. QPR played the best and most threatening football against out of all the teams we've come up against. Glad that Colo and Taylor we're steady and solid, which really helped us. Cannot wait for Santon to get into the side and Ba to get full fitness. We'll be so much more assured on the ball with Raylor out of the side. Oh and Ben Arfa to come back and Marv', who looked sleak, to get into the first team. Happy with how we're progressing.
Slugsy
That was very, very hard work, well at least to have to watch it! Can only concur with the majority of posts so far, gash and the really poor tactics/performances have been masked by some inept finishing by opposition which will surely change at some point? Disco
Krul - 7 - clean sheet but looked a bit off with his positioning at times. Simpson - 6 - caught out a couple of times but did alreet Coloccini - 8 - solid Taylor - 8 - probably my MOM tonight although booked R.Taylor - 3 - offered nowt going forward or in way of a defensive performance Obertan - 4 - was ok(ish) in the first, anonymous in the second. Cabaye - 6 - tidy in the first but pretty ineffective in the second. Long ball tactics didn't help. Tiote - 4.5 - far too ponderous on the ball again. QPR constantly allowed to turn and run in the area he should be covering. Jonas - 5 - decent cover, offered nowt going forward although complete lack of movement/options didn't help. Best - 6.5 - could've scored with that clever play, held the ball well, thwarted by having to do the work of two men. Shola - 3 - what a waste of time although he might have had an optimistic shout for a pen Subs did nowt worthy of comment. Pretty happy with a point all things considered. Need to be winning games like this though IMO.
Newcastle Fan
We got lucky, despite all their attacks they've never really looked like scoring even if the game lasted till next week, disappointed Pardew didn't intrduce some of the subs earlier as we had players on the bench who were really poor, and we had good options on the bench, overall i'd take the point.. Steven Taylor would be my MOTM with colo after, the two have been immense this season.

ShearMagic
I learnt 3 lessons today that I hope Pardew did too: - Start Ba over Ameobi - Start Santon over Ryan Taylor - Start Marveaux over Obertam
Guest ovesbar
No matter how bad Raylor played, our defence looks really solid atm. When Santon gets in we'll get even stronger. Not sure where the goals will come from though..
ponsaelius
Playing 4-4-2 with two static forwards and 2 wingers not fabled for whipping in crosses is just fucking asking for trouble. Taarabt was picking up space between the midfield and defence every time, their formation just pissed all over ours. Santon needs to replace Ryan Taylor immediately. Marveaux should play. Shola should be put down.

He will cost us goals against better sides.
