Guest BlacknWhiteArmy
I'd play Guthrie ahead of Cabaye if Tiote makes it which I doubt. Won't work as a partnership imo.
LoveItIfWeBeatU
Can Santon not play at CB? According to http://www.nufc.co.uk/page/Teams/PlayerProfiles Perch is 5ft 11ins so we need some height at CB along side him. Santon is 6ft 1.5ins. I'd not play Ben Arfa off Ba again. Ba is better playing off Best. Ben Arfa should go to the wing.
The Prophet
I'm going to reserve judgement until the verdict on Colo is back.
nufc4eva
Thought Ba looked much better with Shola up there, looks type of player that likes to play off someone, so Best or Shola must start - Never thought I would say it but would prefer Shola to start as last couple of times he looks up for it, maybe Sammy driving him on. We really need to fit Ben Arfa in somewhere though and maybe dropping Obertan and putting Arfa out there would be best. Jonas has to come back in if Pardew is gonna persist with Raylor. nufc4eva
Also would be harsh to drop Guthrie, I thought his passing was top drawer yesterday, best player for me, at times he had the ball looking to create a play and our forward players were not creating the space. He looks vastly improved like. Maybe a 4-3-3 going forward with him, tiote and cabaye in there
Ghandis Flip-Flop
I think for the majority of games Cabaye's been decent rather than great. Guthrie's been the better midfielder over the last month. Is that not just due to Cabaye doing the Tiote style donkey work though?
Guest zeta87
we are without Taylor (season out) & Colocini for this one right? Oh...
Flip
I dont see why we can't play all three. Together with Jonas. Guthrie and Cabaye have shown they like to go out wide at times and both can put crosses in. Even Tiote can put a decent cross in if needed. All 4 will give the defense extra cover which is good, and Ba or Ben Arfa opening the filed up wide would help the balance in the team with eithe Shola or Best up top. nufc4eva
we are without Taylor (season out) & Colocini for this one right? Oh... Opportunity for Kadar or Santon to come in and do well. Can't think of any centre halves in the reserves who you could put in except Kadar, as the rest are surely just to young
Karjala
Krul Santon Simpson Perch RTaylor Obertan Guthrie Cabaye Jonas Ba Ben Arfa Subs: Harper, Kadar, Ameobi, Ameobi, Best, Loven, Smith Can't see Colo or Tiote being fit. Would take a draw right now.
nufc4eva
Simpson is an awful centre half, may be better putting Santon in there to see how he does.
Beren
Some part of my brain refuses to accept any combination of Perch, Raylor, Kadar or Simpson as our CB pairing. Flat out refusal. So, seriously, who's going to make a spectacular recovery in time? Is old Willicinni playing possom again, that little scamp.
Disco
No reason even with a make shift defence we can't go there and get a result IMO. We've definitely stronger than them upfront and across the middle. Could be an idea to play quite a high line as neither Morison or Holt are lightning quick. Big onus on us to stop the ball coming into the box though.
Ashley17
Norwich tend to play 4-5-1 with Hoolahan in the hole behind Morrison, Bennett and Pilkington either side. They quite often change it up though with lots of "samey" players, whether it be Surman, Jackson, Crofts - they're all much of a muchness. Hard working honest lads but not world class. They tend to use Holt as an impact sub but they may well start him if they cotton on that we have no centre halves.
ExiledGeordie
Santon is 6'2 and decent on the ball from clips but then I don't see him in training obviously.
Darth Crooks
A Jonas pissed off with himself to come back like a man possessed and score a wondergoal.

Wullie
We couldn't really have asked for a better set of fixtures in our current situation, no disrespect to the clubs we're playing, but we certainly should be going and looking to win these games even with a defensive crisis. Still strong enough in midfield and up front to give these sides more problems than they might give us.

Decent little creative player if a little prone to going missing. Still see no reason why we can't boss the middle of the park though even without Tiote. Ashley17
Routledge made a mug of him in the Championship season at SJP and he got sent off. Duff & Lovenkrands raped him at the Hawthornes in the relegation season. Keep it on the deck and go past him - he's decent in the air because he's huge but get down the side of him and he'll fail. Sifu
Santon - Danny - Perch - Raylor Can see us conceding a few, maybe we can rush Williamson back for this one? Can actually see our defence being that. Williamson won't be rushed imo. The last thing we need is him getting injured for coming back much too soon.
