And drop Coutinho for him? No chance.

I like coutinho but he's been mostly average this season

But not dropped to the bench being the main difference in management styles.

Nor, has he played in 4 different positions.

It's Mike Ashley my problem is with, not the players, not the manager, not the coaches, not the tea ladies or boot cleaners. Mike Ashley is the one in our club who i have genuine hatred for and wouldn't batter an eye lid were he to die of a horrible death. Might only be football but he's ruining thousands and thousands of lives on a daily basis who have come to love this football club and is slowly draining their passion for the game away and in turn making their lives a misery.

It's not like i'm saying if a new owner came in, i want Pardew to stay, if i was owner now he would be sacked. I believe the fewer decisions MA has to make at the club the better for Newcastle United, as every decision he seems to make just brings further embarrassment upon us.

Why ?.

FFS has everything passed you by, are blind to what you see. You cant be that stupid can you, really ?

Are you calling Ben Arfa stupid ?.

It's not mutually exclusive man, pardew can be s*** and a total bell end and mike Ashley can be the same .

Exactly. Just because Ashley's a cock doesn't mean we shouldn't be doing better with what we have.

Lots of people seem to really struggle with this concept.

What an absolute wanker Pardew is. Destroying players confidence left, right and centre.

No doubt if Ben Arfa scores the winner against Villa Pardew will take all responsibility. If we lose it will again,be the players fault.

I think the only players who want to play for him are Shola,Sammy and Gosling.

What he has is true talent which should be nurtured. Not many have his ability. The rest can be coached or managed. That is assuming you had the right structures in place.

Question is, could Ben Arfa do it on his own, DESPITE the idiocracy around him?

Yeah, bimps misread the initial post through incandescent rage. Understandable, really.

 Kinda funny, bimpy highlighting one sentence totally changing the meaning of Brett's post and goes on a rant. No one even cares.

I'm sad for Ben Arfa and I'm sad for us. If we had a more competent manager, he'd have come far closer to fulfilling his potential. I lay the blame for this solely on Pardew. I won't be having this 'Hatem is equally at fault' shit. If Pardew was doing better with other players and our team looked good, I could accept the argument that it's Hatem's fault. As it is, Pardew has shown no ability to develop players or get them playing at their full potential. Sissoko, Santon, Gouffran, Tiote etc are all examples of players who are inconsistent and that is a reflection of Pardew's managerial abilities. Yeah, Ben Arfa has been overweight for a good 8 months now and that's a real shame that he's flushed his WC dreams down the drain, but seriously, Pardew is way more to blame for this situation than Ben Arfa is.

We'll get maybe £8m for him, which would be a disaster.

I'm quietly hopeful I'll get to see HBA achieve success, but I'm gutted it won't be for us - but I've had time to resign myself to that for over two years now. Really hope he lands up at a good club.
