Pilko
I'd like to see this team: Krul R.Taylor Coloccini Williamson Santon Ben Arfa Abeid Cabaye Vuckic Ferguson Best ...however I'm already convinced Obertan, Shola and Lovenkrands will probably see pitch time, sadly. Jonas needs a rest at some point too, not that he'll get it like.
Fenham Mag
Everybody (including me) thought Jonas needed a rest against Blackburn but now he's came back into some form , he doesn't look as sluggish.
bowlingcrofty
Playing 1 game every 7 days now instead of 5 in 15 days or whatever it was over Christmas may help. I'd go: Krul Raylor Williamson Coloccini Santon HBA Cabaye Guthrie Jonas Abeid Best
Pilko
If we field a team that doesn't include Simpson, Smith, Shola, Obertan and Lovenkrands I'll probably be fairly pleased. Anyone reckon he might start Perch in midfield?
Guest palnese
Krul Tavernier Willo Colo Santon Ben Arfa Guthrie Abeid Ferguson Vuckic Best
ExiledGeordie
Hope to fucking god Shola doesn't start. Best up front, Ben Arfa behind and Raylor or Obertan wide right (preferably Raylor with Obertan maybe coming on 2nd half). Feels like the classic type of game we lose
Benwell Lad
I like to see squad players and a couple of young 'uns get a run out and it would probably happen against a lower league side or even a Championship side at home, but away to a decent Championship team and bearing in mind how Pardew feels about the FA cup I think he'll be going full strength. AyeDubbleYoo
Everybody (including me) thought Jonas needed a rest against Blackburn but now he's came back into some form , he doesn't look as sluggish. He's having to do a bit less donkey work now as well I suppose.

Guest BlacknWhiteArmy
Pardew says he'd take a draw if offered- really bigging it up as a tough game and saying we can't afford to coast at 90%.
Fenham Mag
Think its a bit of psychology to get the players up for it and not take a win for granted.
Ameritoon
I'm glad he is, going away in the FA Cup is rarely easy and Brighton are a decent enough team to challenge us.
54
Haven't Brighton been on a bad run recently? If so its a good time to play them.
Sifu
Haven't Brighton been on a bad run recently? If so its a good time to play them. They've rediscovered their form actually. This month has been a good one for them....
Dan Gleebals
Haven't Brighton been on a bad run recently? If so its a good time to play them. Won their last 3 league games and unbeaten in 5. They had a bad run before Christmas but are playing better now.

thenige
Bah, had to get a ticket in the Home end. Always a bit rubbish but should be a good day out and hopefully both sides will play decent football.

JUICE690
They were s*** against Wrexham, well have to not turn up at all to get beat off these. Thought that. And watching the game, out of the two teams I wanted us to play against Brighton. They scored completely against the run of play, and only came back into the game after that. Other than that, I tough they looked terrible, really poor. Sure that will come back to bite me in the arse though.
