Dinho lad
His enthusiasm and joy playing and scoring for us makes me hate Demba Ba a little bit, if I'm honest.

Guest reefatoon
Tell you what, if I was Cisse, I would be handing a transfer request in right away, because you would be thinking your manager was smoking crack for putting a big lumbering clown like Shola ahead of you. Seriously though, he seems far too placid, but if that was me, I would have been booting Pardew's door down ala Duncan Ferguson style and asking what the f*** he was playing at. Varadi
7/2 to score more than Ba in the rest of the season: http://news.ladbrokes.com/en-gb/football/premier-league/cisse-an-amazing-price-to-outscore-ba-over-rest-of-premier-league-season_133909.html Might have a slice of that action. Guest hobshobs
I don't think his chances:goals ratio has been that bad recently. There's only that turn and shot over the bar against Citeh i can recall recently where he probably should have done better. The goal at Manu was 'classic' Cisse. Sniffed the chance, retreated deep into the perfect position, no doubts about the finish. I also think he's been playing very well recently (Arsenal aside where he should not have stayed on the wing). Not worried at all, fancy sticking a few quid on a brace tonight actually. Rich posted some statistics a few days ago. His chance conversion this season stands at about 16% if I remember correctly, compared to almost 60% last season. Here's hoping he refinds that form in front of goal. The problem is he is not as per your last sentence "in front of goal". Our clown of a manager has had him on the wing. Skirge
NUFC No 9 Cisse's charity drive steps up a gear by Lee Ryder, Evening ChronicleJan 10 2013Add a comment PAPISS CISSE is hoping to raise fresh funds for his charity Friends of Sedhiou in 2013. The United No 9 is hoping to send a fully-equipped ambulance to Senegal. And Newcastle United’s official betting partner has teamed up with the Friends of Sedhiou as its official charity for the 2012-13 season. Bet Butler will help the charity to raise £13,000 for an ambulance to serve the remote region of Senegal where Magpies striker Cisse grew up. The UK betting broker will organise a series of events and promotions across the rest of the season to help raise money for the charity, which is aiming to save hundreds of lives each year by enabling patients to make the five-hour trip to hospital in the Senegalese capital Dakar. Friends of Sedhiou has been set up by lifelong Newcastle fan Joe Jones, who was inspired to act after hearing about Cisse’s own fundraising efforts. “It’s great to have Bet Butler onside to help with our fundraising efforts and we’re aiming to have the ambulance delivered to Senegal by the end of the season,” said Joe, an amateur football coach who lives in Stakeford, Northumberland. “We’ve got loads of great ideas to raise money for the cause and I’m really excited about working with the Bet Butler team.” The local hospital in the Sedhiou region is sparsely equipped, with regular power cuts and few fully qualified medical staff, so seriously ill patients are forced to endure the long drive over unpaved roads to Dakar. At present, there is no dedicated ambulance, so many do not survive the journey and the Friends of Sedhiou are hoping to change that. “We had been on the lookout for a charity to support through our work with Newcastle United and I was intrigued when Joe got in touch,” said David Evans, spokesman for Bet Butler. “With everything we do over the rest of the season, we’ll be looking at ways we can involve the Friends of Sedhiou to help them raise as much as possible for this great cause.” Read More http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/newcastle-united/nufc-news/2013/01/10/nufc-no-9-cisse-s-charity-drive-steps-up-a-gear-72703-32578741/#ixzz2HYntC8v9
