healthyaddiction
Because Arsenal would finish 5th and it would be glorious because they're one of my least liked teams. Watching Spurs (I like them less) getting 4th but not making CL due to a Chelsea win would be even sweeter. I'm a bitch. Simples. Yeah but if we finished third and Chelsea win the Champions League then we'd need to go through the qualifying round would we not?

timeEd32
A dream would be for Arsenal to lose (wrecking the GD), Spurs to draw (to go above Arsenal on GD), us to win. Finishing: Newcastle, Spurs, Arsenal. Then Chelsea win their final and I laugh like a b****** at Arsenal and Spur's tears. Wahahahahaha! Life aint that sweet so I'll just be happy with a good result at Goodison. I was going to post this exact scenario last night, but couldn't be bothered and just went to bed. If I could write a script this is exactly how it would happen.
maybe_next_year
had a dream last night that spurs drew and Joey Barton scored a last min penalty for QPR against arsenal to sent us third. what with Arsenal playing WBA, i suspect this may not happen. Life aint that sweet so I'll just be happy with a good result at Goodison. I think you should Poot your money where your mouth is, the odds would be quite interesting! MW
Which ex players can we count on? I will maybe forgive duff if he scores the goal that puts us in the CL Cant think of anyone at WBA
ponsaelius
Aaron Hughes 30 yard volley in the last minute.
afar
I'm starting to believe we can win at Everton, that's all I really ask, that the team goes there and gets the win, if we don't obviously we can't finish in the top 4. But if we do win and the other results go against us then so be it, at least we would have given it our best shot.

AyeDubbleYoo
the fuck would anyone want spurs to finish ahead of arsenal? Have to agree, I hate Spurs much, much more.
MW
I just dont see any of the 3 outcomes in the matches we need happening, to happen
AyeDubbleYoo
At the moment my feeling is that the other results will go against us, but that might just be the worry. It's possible that one of the others won't win, at least we aren't just relying on one other match.
jdckelly
the fuck would anyone want spurs to finish ahead of arsenal? if there were some way for us to finish 3rd spurs 4th and chelsea win the champions league that would be my favourite outcome
David28
I think we'll get 4th place, as one of Arsenal or Spurs will drop points. But if that happens, I'll fully expect Chelsea to win the Champions League.
Varadi
Can see one of the other results going our way and us losing at Everton tbh...

Guest Chubby Jason
What a great way to finish the season regardless of the outcome. I'd never have envisaged this last summer given how disillusioned I was with the ownership and approach to player recruitment. I suppose I was wrong eh? Colos Short and Curlies
Just a bit disappointed that we're relying on two of Everton, Fulham and WBA to do us a favour. I wouldn't want to rely on any one of them at any point of the season, all far too unpredictable
Wullie
We've got pretty much no chance tbf but it's a nice thought.
Superior Acuña
We've got pretty much no chance tbf but it's a nice thought. It}s unlikely, but I don{t think the combination of Newcastle beat Everton, Spurs draw with Fulham and Bayern Munich beat Chelsea is that farfetched. bowlingcrofty
Maybe 1 or 2 times in 10 would the results fall our way. I'm currently delighted we're in the waffa and anything else would be a bonus
cubaricho
Would love for Ba, Colo, or Williamson to put the winner across the line on Sunday.
Fenham Mag
Next Years final is at Wembley , just saying. If we do get into the CL, what would be the wildest thing to think: Start of this season , we would finish in the Top 4 or Next Season (in the CL ) we reach the final. Superior Acuña
Think, Liverpool won it when 5th like us, and Chelsea are in the final while a position below!
Guest
You can get 43/1 for Spurs to Draw/Lose, Arsenal to lose, and Newcastle to win.
