£8m is about right imo

Come the start of the season he'll be 29, his next contract wherever he is will probably be his last. Understandable that he wants to leave and play in the CL one last time considering that

Worrying thing is the few players who came out of last season with any credit: Remy, Cabaye and Debuchy are now all no longer with us.

Pardew won't have Champions league calibre players to carry him next season

I guess we have made a decent profit so far. Any ideas on how much our net spend will be if there is one?

Look on the bright side, we are definitely going to repeat our spreadsheet cup win of last year!

Southampton say hi.

I wonder what Martin Keown thinks of this.

They've lost Sagna, who is "more of a man" and replaced him with Debuchy who he doesn't rate. He was already a little upset during the France game the other week, as an Arsenal fanboy this must hurt.

He still rating him now and by christmas he'll be better than Sagna

The price means fuck all as it has no effect at all on players coming in. Could be £80mil but it still wouldn't increase our chances of getting a competent replacement.
